This dealership is so bad, they don't help at all especially the owner he is rude and only cares about himself he just wants to take your money, he acts like he cares at first but once you buy a car and it has a problem he says he doesn't care and he can't do anything about it so I 100% don't recommend this place they are a bunch of bullshit and they never give proof of any mechanic work they do so this dealership is a bunch of lies and bs

Sales person was nice and helpful which is why the 2 stars. I actually felt bad for him as his managers made him change the already agreed upon deal with me. Here is the email explaining my experience.Art,I do want to recognize that you were very pleasant to work with and I appreciated all of your help and all the time you spent answering my questions. But I also wanted to explain why I am not willing to budge on the difference in price for the Maserati. If for nothing else but to pass to you and your manager a learning experience with a customer.When you and I started talking we only spoke of the $38995 price tag. I asked you about delivery costs, and you came back with $500 and said the dealership would cover it (I did not ask for this, you offered). I then asked about tires and what kind of condition they were in. You gave me that information and then told me that the dealership would replace the tires...never did you say this would add to the cost. Once we were clear on the tires you then gave me two recommendations for the pre-purchase inspections, which I was grateful. Once I paid $253.50 I was told the brakes would need replacing along with the rotors AND that there is front end suspension rattling. I was told by two differing mechanics that bushings and arms might be an issue and was told it is about $1000 per side to replace. We spoke after this and you told me that the dealership would take care of the brakes and rotors so I felt fine knowing I may have to make the additional repairs at my own cost. AGAIN, you never increased the price on me...we never even discussed it. I was 100% in and truly want/wanted this car. The following day, I get a call from my bank to go over numbers, and you have to understand my surprise when my loan officer told me the agreed upon price was $39995 and not the $38995 we had discussed...I felt like a "fast one" was being pulled on me and had I not gone over the numbers with my loan officer that I would have been "had" so to speak. I am sure you are aware that a change in purchase price has an effect on taxes and other line items in the purchase so it isn't just $1000 or $500.When I called you to ask about it, you seemed unaware and said you would take care of it. Only to call me back to let me know the deal had changed. You and your manager have to understand that people are buying cars sight unseen (in these "new" times) and that as a buyer we have to trust you and your company. I felt and feel this trust has been damaged. So it is not about the $500 it is about integrity for me (and most likely others as well). Whereas your dealership is seeing a potential customer being stingy over $500, I am seeing a dealership that changes prices without notifying people and a company that does not stand by the promises made by their staff... and then drawing a line in the sand after I am already out $253.50 for nothing.I hope this clears things up.

I drive past here every day and never knew how good of a place this is. Pretty straight up. No bs. Honest guys. I was pre approved before I went so I only spent around half hr at the lot. We even played around with the numbers a little. They were also sure to wash and detail my new challenger one more time before I left. Thanks

Very forthright about everything and accommodating. I was going to drive from 7 hours away so I wanted to make sure it was worth it for the car I had my eye on. I talked to Art who told me everything that I could want to know about the car. When I decided to make the trip, he put a hold on it. When I got there, everything was exactly as described and the terms we discussed were honored exactly. I did a diagnostic on the car while there using a dtc scanner, everything was tip top shape. I then had Audi dealer check and everything was perfect. A quality car and great service — financing and everything was legitimate and no pressure!

Found the perfect BMW M4 here. I was a little hesitant to buy it as I had never bought a car at a small dealership and had heard several horror stories about these kinds of dealerships. I walked in and spoke to Kambiz. He made me feel comfortable with the purchase and helped me get a great rate after my credit union became hard to deal with. The transaction was fast and easy. He was very honest and transparent about the cars history. I have had my car for a month and a half and could not be happier with it. I highly recommend this dealership and their friendly staff. Don't hesitate to buy from them!
