5 days since I return an item and still haven’t get a refund today is last bussiness day just an FYI when you return something on this store I call my bank they told me is AutoZone not making available the funds this very upsetting I would not purchase anything from this store again.

I called to find out if they had a radiator for my car. The person told me yes, they had 1 and they told me $179. When I arrived, I told them year make model, and David said $349 or something close to that. I said the person on the phone told me $179. He asked who that was. I said I don't know. He said are you sure you called this store, because we don't even have one in stock, Alum Rock store has one, but it's $349. ( I was so upset, I don't remember exactly how much it was listed as, over $300 though). He continued to give me a hard time about employee names and was being evasive answering my questions about who it could have been that told me the price and that they had the part in stock, so I asked to speak to a manager. He told me he and the other guy working were the managers and he asked, " did I want to talk to one?" I said yes. And yes, if you're thinking that doesn't make sense for him to ask me if I wanted to speak to one, if he IS a manager already. The "other" manager came over and looked up the year, make, model and told me the same info about price, etc. So I left.

I needed to change my windshield wipers real quick with the rain in San Jose. I asked a gentleman at the register and got an immediate response, he couldn't help. Or he didn't know how. I went back in and asked another representative and Ronaldo was able to help me right away, no questions asked. Very much appreciated, he needs a raise!

This review is for Edward, who helped me today (3/15/22) and was extremely patient with a difficult key battery change on a Mercedes fob that he had never seen before. His colleague tried to send me to another AutoZone because he was unsure of how to change the battery. I am glad Edward was able to step in and carefully figure it out (his colleague tried using a box cutter to pry the fob open and I just about died).Edward has excellent customer service skills and is an asset to this AutoZone (Capitol/Story).

I made the trade my ID for the diagnostic machine to check my car. When I came back in I had to wait another 20 minutes in line and the ID slipped my mind and the employees mind obviously so I left it. Had to go back the next day luckily they still had it.
