On Thursday afternoon I needed some parts for to put back my side car trim. I had never been at auto store by myself, this was the first time. But luckily there was an awesome worker there named Almando. He was awesome. He totally went out of his way to help me. I didn’t know but he was supposed to be on his lunch but he still helped me. I had went to see other places but never did I get the assistance like I did at Auto Zone on Monterey. Look for Amondo he is amazing. I definitely recommend him. Five stars for Amondo.

I visited Autozone to get my car battery tested and I was so impressed with the excellent service provided by Tiffany D.. She was knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire process. Tiffany D. took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Tiffany D. and the team at Autozone on Monterey Ave. in San Jose.

My car battery was very bad and I got free battery checkup plus free jump start. Tiffany was super helpful and guided me properly. Even though I did not buy anything from them, they were helpful.

I got an AC recharge kit for a Honda 2023 and I asked Jose if that was all I needed which he confirmedThen went outside to recharge the system, but couldn’t, I entered the store again and they told me that i wasn’t gonna be able to load it as another piece of equipment is needed,Finally I asked if I could return the item but they said no as we opened it to try and install itDon’t trust their word they are not reliable and undertrained

Young employee i believe his name tag said, Daniel, helped me replace key fob battery and did all the work for me without me even asking him to. also walked me to my car to see if all the buttons worked. Great service :)
