My review is a little late, but I've rented from this location 5 times now and have never gotten bad service. The cars I've gotten were all cleaned on the inside and drove without any issues. Typically for my rentals, I am traveling from NorCal to SoCal then back to NorCal. The fact that all the rentals I've gotten from this location has not given me any issues, I will be renting from this location more often.Leo was the person who has helped me a lot of times and he was able to answer any and all questions I have about the rental. Pick up and drop off are always easy for me. The mall itself isn't busy, so it makes picking up my rental a lot quicker than other locations. Not only that, extending rentals last minutes was as easy as just modifying my reservation online, no questions asked.I'm also a person who likes comparing prices and based off the few locations in San Jose, I've always gotten better pricing here than compared to the booking at the Airport. Thank you for everything Leo, I will most definitely be coming back to rent more from this location! ^w^

Picked up a rental from them for a week, booked via Costco Travel.Google maps sends you to the wrong place, aim for Entrance D.The checkout was quick, the car was not washed but was full of gas.Returning the car was even quicker, just asked for the mileage and if it was clean etc.Overall, a good experience.

This is the terrible office , the manager Anil Sharma was rude and mean, in last year August 2022, I rent cars here , He never offered a riliable cars, I need to exchanged cars many times and spent money to call a ride, at the last rent He asked me why you always got cars issues and another didn't , Mother fucker that rude idiot asked me this? althougt it happened in last year,but when I got near this location or about renting cars it will remind me to get angry!!! The guy Anil Sharma shoud get fire forever!!!!

Very slow service. Took around 45 minutes to process one person. The place seems mismanaged and is understaffed. Receptionist who was at the desk had to walk to the parking to show where to pick up the car. Tech seemed old and had a printer from the 1980s!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Anil was so professional and went above and beyond! He made eveything so effortless. Friendly service! Great location. Easy fast pickup and drop off. Worst service I ever experienced.the guys attitude was rude and didnt try to help me for nothing.just asking him for info was uncomfortable because he just said I must been doing something wrong.yea I sure did by choosing this place for any business now I know to stay away from this spot.do yourself a favor and pick a different place or you will see what i mean.even to a women returning her key he was rude to.not good

I wish I had got the person name behind the counter.i was trying to get a car for driving for uber the man was no help what so ever.if I needed to ask a question I had to wait for him to come to the front because any chance he got he was go in the back room and be talking on his phone about his personal buisness. Like he couldn't just wait to talk on his break?im not sure what he gets paid for.his answer when I would ask was I' must be doing something when trying to get signed up for avis preferred.i ask what's a wizard number he didn't know he said but I was finally done with setup of my account and he had nerve to tell me uber shuts down after 1pm so I can't even rent a car anyway.it was 12:59 he decided to tell me this.i got there at 11 am trying the whole time to figure out what he said he couldn't help with.why you even working there in first place then ?

Not sure how Avis controls the quality by keeping the bad ratings store which the owner of the franchise does not even care about the reputation even if you are an Avis preferred plus member. Like what the other said, the man behind the counter is an incompetent agent, an arrogant, rude and slow service man. When complained the slow service, he rather kicked you out than giving you a car… which I never seen in my life… You get risk of no car even if you have a reservation, wasted my time here. Go Santa Clara, N 1st st San Jose or SJC airport location than playing risk here.
