Service truly makes an experience. We had Mel as our server and she constantly checked in at all the right times. We told her we weren't quite ready to order yet and so she came back in a timely manner. Our appetizer came out and once we were done, our entrees came out. As soon as she placed it on the table, she asked us to cut our steaks to make sure they were cooked just like we asked -- they were a perfect medium. As soon as we were done, we ordered our dessert and it came out shortly after. Overall, Black Angus has good consistency in food across locations, but Mel (server) made it a 5 star experience. We also heard and saw the manager helping around, so it was a nice touch.

My pal Matt wanted to come for Veterans Day. Jen the manager worked with him, and comped his lunchTammy our waitress was very nice and helpfulThe steak was cooked perfectly as requested, the staff was pleasant. It was a great lunch. Thank yall

Dined for lunch today in the bar area. Food was great, five stars! Service was not! Waitress was a racist. She treated us with contempt and hostility from the moment she came to the table, to the end when paying. Really unexplainable treatment. We observed she was warm and welcoming to her race alike patrons. It was just us that were treated rudely and with disgust. I have not felt so unwelcome in my life. It was so surprising. Service has usually been good here. The host and manager are always friendly.

Love the food, costumer service is really good and most of all I love the way the seating is structured. Ambience feels relaxed, not loud music, we usually come with our 10 year old daughter, she enjoys being there, she really dislikes loud restaurants, this is why we come often. We come to this place a least twice a month, please keep up the good costumers service and quality of the food.

Prime rib was alright and the mac & cheese could have been better. The au gratin potatoes was the best of all. The mountain fudge was the next best thing, very generous amount for a dessert. Go for the campfire feast for a two person deal.

Five people, five steaks, in one steakhouse, filled to capacity with soda and bread. Now to make it feel real the atmosphere of the restaurant was a bit loud but secluded from others via booth walls. Two of us had a dinner for two deal the others had steaks with sides of salads and soup. Now the service was over the top they we're just busy today. Signed, The Lone Reviewer

Quality of food wasn't good. We got two burgers and two sides and they were ok at best. So the High noon showdown is what I got and it was better than the Original outlaw that my husband ordered. Also got a side of fries and fried zucchini, but it was tiny. The burgers weren't seasoned very well, pretty bland. Meat was not cooked to what we asked. We asked for Medium but got Well done. Also burgers were cold. But service was friendly! And inside looked clean although we didn't eat there. Have gone to better Black angus locations than this specific one. Probably wont be back for burgers, maybe steak. Giving 3.4-3.6! Private parking lot!!

I ordered the Prime Rib w/ Mac n cheese, Asparagus, Brocollini, and Mushrooms with a side of Lobster tail - my go to dish :))) I always get their prime rib here and it never disappoints Chocolate Chip Pizookie - my fav dessert!! The chocolate chip is hot n soft n the ice cream melts in your mouth Strawberry Cheesecake - The strawberry jam helps the cheesecake a bit more sweeter Sampler Platter - Comes with crispy fried zucchini, spicy chicken tenders, crispy loaded baked potato skins, and a shrimp cocktail. It's a $2 upgrade for a sampler platter but worth Bc you get a little bit of everything on the menu Artichoke - I love the dip that comes with the grilled artichokes. It's so soft n buttery Pina Colada - a customizable drink that's actually so good Whenever I come to Black Angus I always do the Campfire Feast for 2. It's usually $66 dinner for two but you can always find coupons for like $49! It comes with sweet molasses bread (which is MY FAV LOL), 1 starter, 2 entrees, 4 sidekicks, and 1 dessert all for one price! Not sure what happened but the quality of Black Angus is not the same anymore. While I think there are some decent options on the menu, the quality overall went down in my opinion. The bread here is super delicious and I always came back for it. Definitely have to order extra every time I come here. I ordered a steak and the lady had the prime rib. The au jus was not as flavorful which made the prime rib hard to eat. Steak was not cooked correctly but they did send it back and had it cooked to medium rare. The steak was also kind of bland and lacking in flavor. The portions were pretty big though. We took it home because we couldn't finish it. Overall I think the food is mediocre now but the service was good and I had better experiences at this location in the past. Maybe it was an off night for them so I'm willing to give them another try.

This Black Angus Steakhouse is the last remaining one in the South Bay. They have consistently provided good food at affordable prices.Nice cowboy/ranch themed decor. Booth style seating. Dimmed lighting for intimate dining. A nice sized bar with tvs to saddle up to if you wanted to. Very nice sized restaurant. 2 separate restrooms for men and women.Service: From the hostess to the waitstaff, they are all super friendly and nice. When we were leaving, they also said, "thank you, goodnight." One waiter opened the door for us!The waiter dropped off complementary bread and asked for drink orders. The bread is warm and toasty. The top part is crunchy, but the inside part is soft and slightly sweet. We ordered:Ribeye Steak (16oz) - grilled to perfection. The person who brought the dishes out, warned us that the plates are hot and had us cut the steak to see if it was cooked to our liking. That was nice and unexpected. Anyways, marbling on this ribeye must have been great because it tasted superb and was juicy and so tender. Usually, it's the part around the edge with the fat, but it was the whole steak!Mac & Cheese - it was ok, as I felt the cheese was grainy.Au gratin Potatoes - this was pretty good. Though, I wish the top was browned more.Prime Rib (16oz) - Great taste. Seasoned well.Steak Soup - thick, veggies with pieces of beef. Delicious!Red skinned Mashed Potatoes - tasty and delicious. Comes plain no gravy.Great dining experience!
