Great vet tech's, friendly, funny and very helpful. They take great care of our buddies when needed. Real pet lovers there.

Very nice staff, but check in and check out takes Atleast 30-45 minutes both times I’ve come in with appointments I’ve been to other Banfields and they’ve been much better in communication.

After being turned away from a another Banfield for an urgent care situation we reached out to this location. The initial response was the same but after escalating it to the practice manager, Mary, they were able to fit our dog in the same day. There were able to eliminate alot of potential causes resulting in a good treatment plan. Great news that he fully recovered. Morale of the story though is always escalate. Don't assume what is being told you is accurate.

wish I could give it a better rating, it's a convenient (albeit expensive) way to stay on top of routine care. And staff I've dealt with have generally been pleasant and helpful. But here are my issues, 1. you can't go in to the room with your pet. A change they started with COVID (understood), but have continued. It gives the clear impression they do not want to deal with owners. I'd be happy to wear a mask (even though I don't need it for the dentist or doctor) if there are health concerns, but it's "just their policy". I have a large dog that is scared of the vet and he always does much better if I'm there to hold his head, etc. They couldn't even clip his nails because they try to use their "big dog hold" that just freaks some dogs out.2. If your pet is sick, it's impossible to get an appointment, so you have to go somewhere else anyway.3. As other's have mentioned, huge rotation of staff, especially the vets. It gives the impression of being someplace where new vets go until they can get a 'real' job.I'm letting my "membership" expire - I think I tried to make it work more than they did.

This is the best veterinarian and best veterinary hospital we have ever had access to. The health plan you can get through the Banfield is well worth every penny.

Like anywhere they have the bad and the good. When I was a member I went to several locations to find a vet I trusted. Somebody their vets are just there as glorified salespeople.

This is for Almaden Expressway location Ive been a client for about 4 years go in monthly I have seen alot of employees come and go, which is hard when your animal gets attached Luckily about 2 years ago they hired Cheryl OMG she is the best my animals LOVE HER I thought she was a manager because she is always so friendly and knowledgeable . Ive seen many people say ask Cheryl so naturally I thought she was High up turns out shes not ( but should be) She shows true compassion for her animals always greets them by name and a huge (beautiful) smile. In my opinion she is the saving grace at this Banfield, I truly hope you all give her the respect and compensation she deserves, Talking to front staff about her they told me that while Mary was on baby leave Cheryl is the ONLY thing that kept this location running often working overtime to do other peoples work that was left undone. Shes a true asset to veterinary medicine.

I Brought in my best, furry friend with what a first year vet student would properly diagnose as a likely brain tumor. They left him in a crate, with no water, for most of the day, then loaded him up with vaccines and heart worm meds, then tried to sell us a "wellness" plan for the following year, and told us, "He's doing great!" Asked about the most troubling symptom, they said, "We don't know what that is; we recommend a specialist."I spent the next three days sleeping on the floor with him while he lingered near death. We pulled a few favors and found a vet who would treat him. That vet, plus bit of Prednisone, got me a few more good weeks with my best friend, for which I will be forever grateful.I remain, to this day -- and I expect forever, haunted by my experience with Banfield. How do I give negative stars?

They give to my kitties a treatment against the flies and didn't work, we call them back about this situation and never answer the emails or phone, really bad experience with them

Banfield has a Wellness Plan. Buy it. It’s the best plan I have ever seen. I have the Optimum Wellness Plan. It’s already paid for itself in just two visits. You can use any Banfield Hospital.Dr. Harden at the Campbell center is the most remarkable veterinarian I have ever seen. Thank you Dr. Harden. Twinkie is so much better.

This is very disturbing I went in to refill my pet's meds yesterday, while there a VA came out with a cat for discharge all of a sudden, the interim manager came out and started YELLING AT THE TOP of her lungs at the VA very unprofessional The Practice manager Zack or Zeke Said ill handle this and went to back, we continued to hear yelling this time a male was yelling to and could be heard halfway across the store. regardless of what the VA did it was unprofessional. I do not know the VA nor manager, but it was a female, and Not Mary I've seen and heard about bad treatment by management, but this is the first live in person situation I have witnessed.her name started with an A I think !
