It is not my first time going to Banh Mi, everytime I went I was pretty satisfied. However today One of the staff was very rude to the customer who ask about his order, he litteraly was yelling at him and told him to cancel his order and leave and I found that very disrespectful since the customer just nicely ask. I also heard one of the other staff telling the staff member that was yelling at a customer that he is being rude. With that atmosphere it does not make me want to go back because who knows if this is how he talk to their customer, he might do it again to other customer . I also order my sandwish with the self service machine and i had to wait almost an hour to find out I have to give my receipt to the cashier. What is the point of having a self service machine if you still have to handle the receipt to the customer. I recommend to put a bigger sign so people don't get confused.

An officemate brought these Bahn Mi sandwiches to the office today and it tasted awesome! I've been to Vietnam several times but this tasted just as good or even better. It's only about $5 for a decent sized sandwich.

they overcharge you. my sandwich was clearly $5.50 according to the menu they have on the wall, yet I was charged over $8? It was a small sandwich half. I had already eaten my sandwich by the time I realized this and was too scared to say anything cause I don’t want to look like a Karen.sandwich tasted pretty good at least

This small business doesn't care about business. They have only one person working at 12pm on a Sunday. I waited 45 minutes for three sandwiches and I ended up walking out. The one employee doesn't speak English and no one understands what order they're yelling out. The kiosks are all out of paper, so we have no receipt with our order number. Phone is ringing unanswered. It's 80 degrees outside but it's even hotter inside this place. Chaos. Not coming back. I am disputing the charge on my credit card.

Ordered for a jelly cup with no ice and got it with ice and without moong bean. There was an old lady managing the store all alone.

Slow, waited > 45 mins and the sole employee lost many people’s orders, so they had to retake mine. Maybe 10-15 people just waiting and the receipt printer was not working so no one knew what their order was. The business owner *needs* to hire more staff as the only employee could not communicate to work out the issues and appeared extremely overloaded which made me feel really bad for them. The worst part is that looking at other reviews, the manager is aware of these issues and claims to have fixed them, but this appears performative and does not appear to be true. Could not give 1 star because the food was actually pretty good, it’s just a shame that the rest of the experience will mean I won’t return nor recommend to anyone

Love that they have bò kho to-go, open early, and also on Memorial Day when we needed food to work all day at an event. The lady was super nice and the food was delicious. Definitely come back.

Waited 30min and was told they were out of the ingredient. I decided to not get my lunch and required a refund. They refused, it was 3 sandwiches over $47 total.There was only one lady who doesn’t speak English works there. I used google translate to communicate with her so make sure you have the app ready if you only speak English.I understand how hard it was to manage a store by herself. It was not her fault but the experience was disappointing.

If you want to wait 30 min to be told they dont have the ingredients for the Sandwich you ordered then this is your place.That being said it was a good sandwich once I received it.
