Very unpleasant experience. They were not able to help me with single transaction, because I had no appointment! Right in middle if the hall way asked what I need to pay for and how much. Manager gave me suggestions go to other office or go to store to do this payment ... no words to say. The same experience in Cottle Rd. office

Only 1 teller present when I showed up at 11 am. The ATM outside is not working either. What kind of business is this ?

I am not sure how far and fast we are retreating into serving customers only online, but being open for only 30 hours a week is a joke, especially when none of those hours are on the weekend. I feel sorry for the short-changed employees, if anything. But somehow, this bank is raking in dough.

Very bad service… closed on weekdays and even on weekdays I have no access to lock box. Unable to talk to a live person.

This is the worst branch location. They’re always on a break & they only have one clerk available during the day. I don’t recommend Bofa. They are always having consistent system outages too….

No complaints of BoA itself since their phone customer service is always helpful, but I can see why people don't like this branch so much. I was the first one in line but there was only one teller. That's definitely a problem for everyone else waiting. Also after the transaction was completed, I asked a question and the teller seemed a little rude while responding. Overall did what I needed to do.

Unfriendly service and now they're always closed. Really difficult to bank at a place that's unavailable.

Top quality banking. Neat and organized. Can get very crowded. Not much choice for safe deposit boxes.

I had asked to change safe deposit box two months ago. I had spoke to Vikas Sharma.Mid July I had called call center because Evergreen branch off Ruby Rd San Jose didn’t answer phone called. Lady at call center had told she would contact evergreen branch. I got no call from them.08/04/21 Tuesday, i purposely went to that to deposit so I could asked about exchange deposit box. An employee had referred me to speak to Vikas Sharma. He said yes he have a small deposit box for me. Until I went in to asked, he said he was going to call me. I told him I had called branch he work in no one answer phone, so he said to call him directly . He gave me his business card. I called 8/5/21 want to let him know I couldn’t come in. I couldn’t even leave message. I like another appointment later today. Customers are treat like a robot because we have to talk IVR.

Samuel did a great job today with his customer service. He answered all of our questions and invited us back to the branch in case we had further questions that needed to be answered or any paperwork we needed help with. He got us in and out within a timely manner. I do recommend scheduling an appointment. As soon as we got there we were greeted immediately and taken into an office . Great attitude especially during these uncertain times. Thanks Samuel

Small branch. If you get here with a line there will be a wait. It's very small but decent. Open times in Yelp is wrong. Saturday opens at 10am. Went to another branch at 5:20 on a Friday after checking Yelp saying it closed at 6pm.

"Sir, did you know you could use the machine outside?" Umm no, I was living under a rock and what's a machine? Wtf, I prefer to do my banking in person. Overall a shitty location as you get stuck behind people bringing in bags of change and other business customers who block normal people with simple banking needs. They usually have one teller and if the line grows out the door then some lazy lady will come strolling around and take a break from scratching her head and open the second register.
