Website says free notary services. I arrived to get lease notarized but they told me they cannot help me because it's for BOA documents only.

I just went there earlier today for withdrawal & have a question around 2:50 pm 7/14/23 at this branch. I met a greeting lady at the door. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. But she seems like in a hurry & did not want to help my question much. I felt like so disrespected. When she heard my question maybe it is a simply question for her but for a customer sometimes we don’t know the answer that’s why we came there for answer. I normally don’t write this but I just feel like the bank management & other customers who have similar or know this issues of bad behavior customer service of this branch is… hopefully they can do better at this branch.

The customer service at this bank is at an all time low! My Mom, who has been a customer with them for well over 40 years, needed a form signed by a bank. She had had this done without any issues years before so she thought they will help her out again. After waiting for 20 minutes to be even acknowledged, she was told that the bank manager said they could not sign it. When I asked why, the lady first told us that the bank did not want to take responsibility for signing for her and later she changed her story and said it was because they no longer had a bank stamp to put next to the signature. Even she looked like she did not believe what she was saying. I guess there was no money they could make out of signing it for her so they just wanted her to go away. Terrible customer service. They should be ashamed.

Hi there is this woman called Carmen she has short hair and works here at this bank. She always ID Hispanic people when they are doing any sort of transaction at the bank. But when other people who are white or Asian never once ID them. This is not okay of her to do. I am also going to file a report with Human Resources because this makes many people uncomfortable. Made me uncomfortable as well I am Hispanic American.

I have never seen a more mismanaged bank. Unprofessional conduct between bank tellers and customers they're familiar with. There is cheque jumping. Employees will make eye contact with you several times and watch as you enter establishment, only to refuse to offer any assistance or come over and inquire. I really appreciate the idea of bankers speaking Vietnamese in order to better assist the elderly unable to speak English. But this is a bank, not a community center. Essentially, you won't get helped if you don't speak Vietnamese or know the bankers personally. Its a waste of time, just go somewhere else. And this is coming from a Vietnamese person who didn't get help because I prefer to speak English. And this is coming from a Vietnamese person who didn't get help becuase I prefer to speak English.

I wish i could them a -ve rating. They are extremely non responsive and slow. I tried to get an associate on the phone to enquire about a request to get my safety deposit box open and every time there was no response and I had to drive to the location to speak to someone. I wish they either change the management or close the center

Honestly if i could give yall a zero i would do that. Only giving you 1 star because the location is convenient. Ive been coming here for awhile since there are a lot of closed branches due to the pandemic. Mind you this review is not just based on a single visit but for multiple ones. If you could avoid this branch or bank of america in general i suggest you do that. There are just a few who are actually helpful. Today i had to come back for a second time because this lady said the account number was unfamiliar. Idk if she ran the numbers to check or didnt at all. Partly it was my fault for zoning out when she said that however i realized that i never had a problem with that account til now so maybe she was just lazy. I got lucky because the lines today werent that long but this visit was my last straw hence the review but i hope y'all do something about your customer service and your actual system because it sucks. :) thank you to the second person who helped me out tho. Pls keep up the good job and stay consistent Also remembered from a different visit that one of the ipad ladies expressed her annoyance for a customer who didnt respond to her right away when she was calling them after we made eye contact when i caught her rolling her eyes . :) dont talk s*** about your customers to other customers.

The ATM is the most convenient and there's 3 right outside this bank. I did have to go in once for help from a specialist, Amarjit. He was super professional, helpful and very kind! Would highly recommend this location.

I made an in-person appointment 2 days before meeting with a banking employee. I arrived on time and checked in with an employee 'A' that walked around with a tablet. Roughly 5 minutes later, I was told I can either talk to a bank teller or an employee behind the desk who was on his/her lunch break (10 minutes wait) - let's call that employee 'B'. Realizing that 10 minutes wasn't an issue and wanted the feeling of anonymity, I went with waiting. Roughly 10-12 minutes later (after the 10 minutes wait), no update from employee A on employee B's return from his/her lunch break. I saw the employee A was talking to another employee regarding a matter not related to my visit, I went up and ask employee 'A' when was employee 'B' back from his/her break. Eventually, I was able to meet with employee 'B' regarding my account, though he/she needed help navigating my account information through another employee who was around the entire time. Definitely unprofessional on employee A's end.

Just got helped by one of the Vietnamese teller. I don't remember his name (maybe Thang?). He was very nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The bank doesn't seem too busy so I got in and out pretty fast. Thanks for everything!
