The service attitude at this particular branch is not user-friendly. There's always been a very weird vibe, like it's a run as a fast food franchise. The latest annoying practice: they sealed off the garbage slot at the deposit-forms counter with saran wrap, and turned all the trash cans at their desks upside down, so you can't toss any waste paper. B of A is among the most high-fee banks, yet they treat their customers with this level of service?

The notary stuff was so rude and trying to find ridiculous excuses to get rid of providing service. He claimed he was not able to provide notary for my identification even after I provided my ID and BOA card. When I asked what types of identification he need to “identify” me. He said no. He repeated several times to urge me go to UPS notary instead. Besides for his poor professional skills, he was so umpolite and rude to customer. No smile, no greeting/goodbye, staring at customer like you owe his money. Before my visit I was still doubt about the rating of this branch because all BOA staffs at other branches I have met are at least friendly. Now I understand other reviews and would like to suggest the readers of this comment switch to other branches that treat you as a customer.

This review goes for Cammy Kumari who is The Assistant Vice President; Financial Center Manager!!!!!! I went to cash my payroll check today she was not professional at all !!! No smile , looks like she was kinda profiling me . She asking me if I made that much money every 2 weeks or every week what does it matters that’s my salary . Then she says she has to verify that it’s my check made me wait another 10-15 mins and told me the check won’t scan and said I should go back to the bank I Cash my checks at Like if I wasLying . I would not recommend anyone coming here save your time and go somewhere else.

Just came back from this BOA. I needed to get 1 dollar bills and I went to the teller at the back of the room and gave her a c-note. She helped me with that. It took just 5 mins.

Inefficiently administered without putting the customer first. If you actually need a teller, you may wait 20 minutes, since there is usually only one working. Meanwhile, the manager and lots of other staff pass by, notice the line and do nothing. Why they have a person at the entrance greeting customers, but doing nothing is unclear to me.

Made an appt. online for today. Came up to the doors, sign says closed. No notice that my appt. could not be done. Went to other branch and had to wait 2 hours to get service. This is how Bof A does business

I have been with bank of America for more than 20 years. This is the first time I am so furious with BoA. I use the ATM at this branch to bank in 5 checks. The ATM touch is irresponsive when I verify the amount on the checks. I cannot cancel the deposit so my checks were retained. But, no record of deposit was posted. Try to call customer service and I was told hour is over. Try to open a ticket online and found out that there is no support on the website. I am pissed with the way BoA maintain it's ATM and lack of customer support.

Wow, I see no one likes this branch, no surprise given our experience there. I also see Bank of America doesn't care, also not a surprise given some previous interactions we've had with Bank of America and the changes they've made at their branches. Corporate greed at its best. The latest incident takes the cake. My wife has a business account with BofA. Has had one for numerous years. They would not help her with any type of cash service or even give out rolls of change. Why on earth would you have a physical bank branch that doesn't have the ability to do much of anything? This may be the best part. They referred her to another branch, who was able to give her two rolls of coins for her business. That's right, TWO ROLLS - not of each currency, but two total rolls. Gee, thanks a lot. Keep in mind, she has a full business account. We are moving everything to First Republic, far better service. I suggest anyone else with BofA does the same. Their corporate greed know no bounds.

Terrible BoA branch. Incompetent and rude staff handling our banking needs. Only one receptionist feels warm and made our day. Other staff should be terminated. Why BoA cannot keep the nicer branches during COVID while close these bad ones?

This bank is pointless. You cannot get any cash or change. I entered to get some $50 bills for Christmas presents. "You can use the ATM," they said. But I can't get $50 bills in the ATM. "There's another bank a few miles away in Campbell". Why should I have to go to a second Bank of America location? I just went out of my way to go to this one, since the other closest Bank of America location in downtown Saratoga stopped carrying cash, too. Now both the nearest banks to me are completely useless. Looks like it's time to change banks. I shouldn't have to search so hard for a bank that can give me cash when I want it. What a joke.
