This used to be such a good branch. Since Covid and the remodel, customer service here is abysmal. It took me 30 minutes to do something that I could have gotten done if I'd just gone to the teller. The person at the front detours you by asking questions and acting like they can help, only to send you to the teller after you've wasted your time. It's bad enough that there's a longer wait because there's only 1 teller.

Have gone to this branch several times and they clearly don't care about the customer. The branch now only has ONE teller and they are basically in a closet out of view. Each time I have gone to the branch since they have eliminated the tellers the quickest I have gotten out of the branch is 30 minutes and I was first in line waiting for the one teller to finish with the customer they were "helping". If you are in a hurry, do not do anything with this branch and if you have to do your banking there bring your lunch or a snack! If I could give less than one star, I would!

Have to go to a boa office to speak with an agent otherwise their automated system will not help only lists of options will continue in a loop.

This place did a remodel, and they only have one teller who is rude first of all if they had such a problem with my change deposit why did the person who greeted me not tell me to go to a different location only the rude teller had a problem doing her job . . I made a deposit to my business account in wrapped change and she told me not to come here to make these kind of deposits because it's a small location in a unprofessional and rude way plus her eye rolls ... I told her if I know they down sides I wouldn't have came to this location. She try to say I don't need to be defensive I wasn't being defensive it was something she didn't even need to say ... Maybe a hello or a how is your day before the eye rolling and unnecessary remarks would have been appreciated. This was my last attempted to use my neighborhood Bank of America . The last time I came here I used the out side atm for a withdrawal and didn't received the money I was trying to withdraw so I went in side and a different rude worker told me she can't do anything they lack customer service. So yeah she's right I rather drive the inconvenience to get better customer service .

Since the remodel, this location is abismal. One teller only now. The line is 6-7 people deep at a time, and takes 20-30 minutes to be helped. The manager is nonchalant, just standing around and telling people this is the way it is. Other agents just sitting at their desks, not trying to help or assist people in anyway. If this is the way this location is now, they should have just closed it. Go to Lincoln if you want to actually get customer service.

Alauki was very rude and unprofessional during my experience at this location (according to my receipt she's teller id 2). It's interesting walking into a bank expecting a simple withdraw and witnessing the bank teller try everything she possibly can to deny my transaction and to convince me to leave. With Alauki as a bank teller I recommend you know exactly what you need and engage her in simple dialogue as she is not at all helpful with answering questions or communicating with people, perhaps she gets overwhelmed easily but it's no excuse to deny someone access to their funds and attempt petty inconveniences to purposefully try to bother people.

Shame!"Craig Parks" who identified himself as Bank Manager, was extremely disrespectful to its customer, even asking one to go and hit the wall. I Wanted to see a Banker, and Banker was available he refused to meet one. You need an appointment to see a Banker. Seriously. My Money, BoA abusing it customer. Good Enough Reason to Say Bye to BoA.

Do not bother going to talk to anyone if you don’t have an appointment. It doesn’t matter if half of the staff were sitting by themselves with no customers, they will direct you to go home and call someone else for help. Are you kidding me? It was a 5 minute fix. I worked for Bank of America for several years, we never turned away customers. What is it about this branch? So impersonal and incredibly rude.

Recently I started banking with BofA and this location is the best!Plenty of easy parking and the service is great. No wait to speak with someone or to make a payment.

I went to bank told by gentlemen sitting at front desk entrance , I could not make cash deposit into my property rental acct, third party. Well I've been making my rental payments for last 4 years at every other bank of America this way. I told him he was wrong he said no it's been this way for years. Very bad service due this man attitude.

This BOA is conveniently located not too far from work and on the way for me stop by on the way home. I'm not sure if there is any assistance available inside of the branch and as many times as I've visited, I've never seen anyone enter or exit the establishment. My trips to the bank are strictly for the atms. There are 2 atm machines available and depending on your luck and time of arrival, there can be a looong looooong wait ahead of you. Be patient, keep your distance, & please remember to be courteous to those around you. FYI- if I can hear you breathing, you are definitely standing waaaay too close. 2 stars simply because it does the trick whenever I'm in need.

Alexis Sky is a wonderful relationship banker, I came in with an avalanche of questions and she handled every question so professionally, she help me tremendously to become more aware of my balances and was really nice. Also the bank manager Mr. Parks was very kind and greeted me so nicely, he offered me water while I waited and assisted me in a Proffessional manner. Time wise was excellent as well. Five stars all the way.

Couple years ago, applied to refinance my HELOC at this bank with the home loan officer. My complaint is with B of A practices, not so much the loan officer. I applied and info was sent back east somewhere. Some lady kept calling, granted i never talked to her. But 3 weeks later i got a letter stating my request was denied. No warning letter, no conversation, nothing!!!! Just denied. I told the LO i would continue, not knowing they'd run my credit history again.. I'm infuriated and cancelled the entire request. My banking with B of A is done when I sell my home. Ever since the housing crisis their service has been terrible. Going to credit unions. Been a cust since 1991.
