I do t do reviews but,Today I visited the Bank of America branch and was deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service and the rude behavior of one of the employees.Upon entering the bank, I was surprised to find that there were no teller employees available to assist customers inside the branch. This lack of service was frustrating, but what was even more disheartening was the interaction I had with an Asian employee that was standing there when I approached her with some questions. Instead of providing assistance, she was dismissive, disrespectful and outright rude, making me feel unwelcome for simply seeking information on my account. 3 other persons came inside seeking help and she was so rude to them too.In my opinion, if the bank is unable to provide adequate staffing and a welcoming environment for customers, it would be better to close the inside service altogether rather than subject patrons to disrespectful treatment.I hope that the bank will take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve the customer experience at this branch. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, and I believe that it is essential for the bank's reputation and customer satisfaction.

I booked an appointment right when they opened, and there was no wait time. The associate there knew exactly what we needed and how to help us, and we were in and out within 20 minutes. Overall it was a very easy and seamless experience.

I was hesitant to book an appointment here after reading all of the reviews, and didn't have much choice because most other nearby banks were fully booked weeks out. I can't speak for all transactions, but I can give my experience. Although I wasn't greeted, I walked up to a teller (of the three total on a Monday morning) and asked about an appointment, where I was gestured to their seating. Being not too busy, I was quickly helped out by Tam, who resolved my issue pretty quick and I was out in 10 minutes. Overall staff were cordial and swift. I was surprised this location has such bad reviews but maybe I came in at the right time.

We have a business account with this bank , sometimes we need to run errands to a quickest way possible, but making a deposit to this bank is a long wait a least 30 mins, only 2 tellers and many customer in the line . I'm thinking to serious to close this account with them and choose another more convenience bank like chase they are fast and very friendly .

I booked appointment from the app and reached branch on time only to found out branch doesn’t open until 10 am. How can this happen for such a big bank.Customer service is non existent. It seems like I need to take my business elsewhere..Would have given another chance if it was first time..

This place is an apsolutely dissapointment, there is only one cashier and two bankers. A line out the door always, super slow I cant believe the lack of staff, I have been in line for an hour. And barely moving they let people jump in front withough asking seniors that have been here longer to go first and others just walk in to perform their transactions , they have no clue on how to manage I cant believe how BOA has gone done on the service.

Needs better security 24/7 and safer atm locations. Almost got jumped by 2 different groups when I was here.

I’ve been to this place for a few times and just to be fair I am not surprised to be standing in the line for 25-35 minutes. There is always a wait at other BOA locations (Blossom Hill Road and Camden) about 30 minutes on average. Be patient and thankful because at least you’re served in Covid.

This place has plenty of tellers but move at a snails pace it took me 45 minutes to baje a deposit and get cash back on a line of 8 people

The door with handicap parking is locked for convenience so there is no A.d.a compliance parking. Will be reporting.
