The door to the ATM has a card reader that always seems to be broken. 3 out of 4 times coming here it has been broken.

I registered this Bank of America with Yelp because it was previously missing from the bank listings. Just to write this review. I am a regular patron of this BofA. The customer service in here is abysmal. The first time I came here, I was served by a lady teller who kept speaking Hindi to her coworker about the customers. There was a white customer next to me and he couldn't understand, but I could. This is not exercising discretion at all. There are routinely things wrong with this location. The after hours card door opener is extremely faulty. It takes 6-7 tries to get the door open. Yesterday I went in there for a transaction. The ATM terminal was not working properly and I went to the front desk to notify them and they gave me some useless runaround about how I have to call a customer service number because the ATM terminal was broken. I went to the teller and she told me the cash advance system is broken "and the front desk doesn't know." How useless. There is no communication between staff here, their manners of speaking are egregiously rude, and staff lacks discretion and loudly announces customers business to others and also has inappropriate conversations about customers in Hindi/Urdu. Unacceptable for a financial institution. I'm sticking to the Pruneyard location from now on.

Other than ATM this location is pretty much useless. Understaffed, and no longer have teller service so expect Ling wait. There are two other locations fairly close by so BofA might as well to close this location and just for ATM.

I work for a bank, and I understand the struggles. But I have to say BoA never fails to disappoint me. They left a bad taste for me even years ago when my parents closed their accounts due to the order BoA processed debits and credits to accrue overdraft fees. Unfortunately my landlord banks here, and I have to go once a month to deposit my rent. All BoAs in the area have a reputation óf taking forever. This branch is not as busy as some of the others nearby, but still the wait can be very long. I have gone in and had only 2 people in front of me and still waited forever. They had one teller open and she was in training. When I finally made my deposit, the teller and the other employee helping her were cold and impersonal. The whole branch feels this way. It's also very inconvenient how their hours are 10-4. I work 9-5 and don't have time to go on my lunch, so I have to plan far ahead what day I can deposit my rent. The employee at the front has been nice to me and I've seen him a couple times. But other than that, I feel embarrassed for BoA. At the bank I work for, we hear complaints of BoA more than any other institution. I think it's time for BoA to start making some changes.

I read the review about the bank not taking cash from a non-account signer; however, I have heard of that before. It something to do with money laundering, I think.

I had an appointment at this location which was made around a month ago for yesterday. I showed up on time and was admiring that it's a unique building. I walk in...looks good... but then see the main entrance shuttered. What the heck! Not sure what going on but would have appreciated a call or email so I could have saved myself time and effort.

To serve you better during Covid-19, let's temporarily close most locations, and open only a single teller window in the remaining ones. A long line will make your day more exciting!

Whenever I visit, I am always greeted and treated with respect. I normally get out in 10 minutes or less. People who complain need to now we are going through hard times and be patient. The place is always clean and kept up.

Crazy long line with people waiting outside , as if there’s new iPhone launch. BOA having customers waiting in line during the worst possible time , covid-19

With a lot of people on unemployment right now it makes no sense to have this branch closed. Unemployment office issues you a Bank of America debit card! The number of customers for them has gone up dramatically and they are closing locations

This is the WORST Bank of America I've ever been to. Most Bank of Americas are great which is why I bank exclusively with them...But this particular one is TERRIBLE! Stay away unless you want long lines and the worst customer service youve ever seen. There was a huge line to see a teller and then i finally get there and says we only have small bills. She asked if Id like to do my $5000 withdrawal in 20's because they dont have 100s! This is a constant problem with this branch as they are understaffed and now they are only open Mon-Fri closed sat and sun. This just shows what corporate thinks of them and id be shocked if this location stays open much longer. They'll likely just shut it down entirely due to poor customer service and really terrible management!
