The tellers are not slow at all and there is never a line at this bank and they are not pushy like wells fargo.

Waste of time dont came here i have a joint account with my brother which means I can cash a check that is in his name with both of our signatures on the back of t check for some reason every time I come here it's a damn problem even though I show them my ID and they obviously see that me and my brother are on the account together. Both signatures are on the back they always give me a hard problem is it because I'm brown with tattoos? Last month they did the same thing gave me a heart problem but the lady ended up cashing the check this month comes I come to the same drive-through and they can't cash a check because my brother signature don't match as the one from last month every month is something different. I'm starting to think that you guys are racial profiling me because I am not Frank. I am brown with tattoos and looks sketch. I went to the bank of the West on Santa Teresa. They told me they couldn't cash the checks because they never see me before which means in other words they were sketched about my appearance, and the checks been in my brothers name and my myself cashing F this bank you guys suck!!! no my brother is on his way from home to drive all the way to this bank just so he could show them that it's him which he shouldn't have to

This branch offers outstanding, friendly service. They put you at ease right away and never make you feel as though you are taking up too much time. Their welcoming spirit is evident right when you walk into the door. We have been long time customers- very long- and recently there were changes in my life and the bank has been very helpful and accommodating. A few days ago I was talking with friends at work and mentioned how helpful the people at this branch are. So many others chimed in with their own stories of satisfaction with the Blossom Hill branch.

Staff is always super friendly! All around great vibes here. This is my favorite location to come to. Ricardo even helped to carry out heavy bags of coins I changed for my restaurant. Highly recommend this location.

This review is specifically for Relationship Banker Stephanie Lazarowich.I recently accompanied my wife to close an account that had been opened at this branch. We were fortunate to have been assisted by Stephanie, who was at the same time courteous, pleasant and efficient. Not all our experiences with this bank/branch have been as positive, so we had not been looking forward to this visit. After sitting down with Stephanie, we breathed a sigh of relief.Thank you, Stephanie!

My husband has an account here and when we got married, convinced me to put my money here. Big mistake. When I came in for a name change, this older women who was with a customer started yelling at me asking if I had all the documents and knew what I was doing. I was shocked to be treated this way. I told her I knew exactly what I was doing and had the documents. So with everything going on with this stupid virus, we had to get in their line for the drive up teller. This was ridiculous. We waited almost an hour and it was the same lady who yelled at me. My husband and I were furious. You can have a few people enter your bank. There is no excuse for this. I'm better off back at Bank of America.

Bank can't even stay open for banking hour. 9-5. I guess people who work (necessarily) are out of luck.

I would give zero stars if I could. The service manager Alberto is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional, and the teller Gail is equally awful. After being a customer for over 30 years I will be closing my account thanks to these two employees. Avoid this branch at all costs even if it means driving an extra couple of miles

I've done extensive banking and had multi-year relationships with all of the majors; BofA, Chase, Wells, US Bank...and this bank is by far the best experience I have had. Over the past 8 years this branch of BoftheW in particular has been good. Lines are quicker, tellers are friendlier and rates tend to be better. They offer a more personal banking experience. I recommend banking here.

I could not access my online banking without calling customer service every time after BotW made a security upgrade. I explained that I my password never worked, and was required to call customer service every time I wanted to access my account and was told that there was nothing they could do. I asked for a supervisor, who told me the same thing. I explained that their bank had new security software that was not working correctly, making banking with them impossible, and that the department in charge of coding the security needed to be contacted, and they refused, so I spoke to the supervisor's supervisor, and was told again in no uncertain terms that I had to live with it. I said I'd have to switch banks because I need to be able to check my business on line, and couldn't call customer service every time because they had made a coding error. At this point I suggested that the person I was talking to seriously consider suicide as they were nothing but a corporate tool that had lost the ability to think. Bank of the West responded by immediately closing my accounts and not giving me enough notice to open new accounts. I own a retail store where I depend on credit card receipts going into my account; however, with my accounts suddenly closed without notice, I am struggling. This was purely vindictive behavior by BotW. Not only did they not care or even have a method of dealing with errors on their part, but they decided that complaining should be punished also,

Worst bank I have ever been to, they have poor customer service, there was fraud on my account and caused my account to go negative and charged a fee ... then when I when the file a claim and get the fee reversed, they said it was gonna be another fee to put a stop payment and that they can't refund me because they aren't my primary branch. They are lazy and incompetent there! I've worked in banking for 5yrs at two different banking companies and have never heard of such nonsense and incorrect information!

I love my branch at bank of the west . They make it very personal. I don't wanna sound like the show cheers but everyone knows your name and greets you like family. The parking lot is always full due to the 24hour fitness, but keep driving you'll find one. If I could change one thing it would be to bring back the drive through backing. It's was there for years and it was great. I'm handicap so some days it's hard to get out of the car to do banking so that drive up was definitely a plus.
