Came here with my husband to use his voucher to purchase work shoes. The shop is rather small so they have a limited selection. My husband was looking for a particular pair of shoes that meets his work's requirements. The staff member knew vaguely what he was looking for. She showed him some options and searched the online catalog to see if she could locate a specific pair he wanted. It took awhile because she had to assist other customers in-between and call around for his size. Ultimately she was able to order a pair from another store and have them shipped. Overall a good experience it just took quite a bit of time.

I walked in to this Beck's location earlier today 30 minutes before closing and Miguel was so kind and took his time helping me out. I never felt rushed while browsing. The selection and variety of shoes/inserts was plentiful.

I stopped in with my parents the other day and we were just trying to find a good pair of comfort shoes for them because they have some foot pain and foot issues. I met Samantha who works there and she was very helpful , caring and knowledgeable with finding great shoes for my parents. She brought out plenty of options for my parents and even showed us some cool lacing technique called the runners loop which was very helpful. Samantha went above and beyond and my parents left with amazing shoes and smiles on their faces. They were so excited to go on a walk with their new shoes. Thank you Samantha and Beck's shoes. Great customer service and we will be back again.

The new staff at the blossom hill store is extremely rude, disrespectful, and unaware of their policies. The old brunette is not good at servicing customers and unable to perform the job on her own. She seems unhappy and unapproachable. The other blonde lady doesn't have much knowledge about shoes and wasn't able to answer a single question. Overall unfriendly and unaware of the Becks brand. Not a good place for customer service since James is not in the store.

Went there a couple weeks ago at 10 am only to find a sign saying they don't open until 11 because of inventory or something? Disappointed to say the least. I drove from Sunnyvale on my day off...

Bridgette helped me today with my boot purchase. She was extremely helpful and friendly! She mentioned a same day discount after my first boot purchase so I bought another pair of boots. I was in and out of store within 10 minutes. I'll be back to this Becks in the future.

In many shoe stores, or sports stores that also sell shoes, getting help from someone can be a challenge. At Becks today I was assisted by James, who helped me pick out new shoes from several choices given what I was looking for. The level of service was superb, and I have a new first place to look when I need shoes again.

I had a pair of running shoes which were causing pressure on one of my toes after several weeks of use. They were a very expensive pair of NB shoes. I took the shoes back to the store, where I met Favian, the store assistant. He did an exceptional job addressing my problem, and ordered replacement shoes. Favian did such a great job that that I purchased a 2nd pair of NB shoes. When you go in with a problem, and leave with purchasing a 2nd pair, it says it all.

My 9 year old daughter plays basketball, volleyball, and competitive hip and has been having persistent pain in her ankles. Beck's Shoes has a really cool digital foot measuring device that shows where you put the most pressure and matches you with the appropriate insole. You definitely can't get this type of service shopping online!Their sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Beck's Shoes!

Haven't set foot into a shoe store in years. So pleasantly surprised to get such great help and foot care. There was a scanner that checked all the pressure on my feet and how my arches were doing. Bridget Jean got me a pair of some of the most comfortable Dansko shoes for all the walking I am planning on doing in the summer. She expertly sized both my daughters. What a great service. I have missed the tender loving care that I received today. I will definitely go back again. Thank you, Beck's and Bridget!
