Today marked the last day for this Bed Bath and Beyond. Ventured in to see what they had left as everything was supposed to be 95% off. All that was left though were store fixtures for sale however. That said it was strange walking through a completely empty store.

the cashier lady was rude. she seemed like she did not want to be there. i asked her a question to clarify the price and she has the audacity to tell me “didn’t i just say that?”, and my mom asked her to check the price then she said “hold on i’m doing it right now” in a rude tone like what is that service? not only that, she did not even wrap our cups or ask for a bag. AT LEAST ASK IF WE WANTED A BAG??? she was old, curly hair, and had glasses. so glad this location is closing honestly. how are you going to work here and have an attitude like that? be so for real

Definitely come to this location, this location is closing & everything is 50-70% off. Ditch the 20% off coupons & save them for the Santa Clara Winchester Blvd location, because the deals here are crazy. I came here on a Sunday & it was packed, the line stretched for over an hour and a half long so people were obviously buying up everything. I came back on Monday the next day & the line was only 15 minutes!!! I grabbed several glass jars & nail polishes for half off (the nail polishes were $5 and the largest jars were only $30!!!) I definitely will be coming by here again, it's absolutely a mess inside but if you have a shopping cart have at it. My friend and I weren't lucky enough to have a shopping cart (the sales associate informed me that there are only 10), but we just picked up the glass jars & did our best not to break anything. Everything is final sale, no returns at other locations. As for what's left in their store, there's some cleaning supplies, only a few beauty products left, some vitamins/supplements/health powders, towel warmers, & some comforters from what I garnered.

Fyi right now this store is closing as of February 2023 and there are still deals to be had at 50-70% off! Especially if you need a bar cart, they got a ton of those. Think you don't need any thing from BBB? Well, they also have lots of fancy Papyrus wrapping paper and wedding greeting cards at 70% off. I don't have any friends so I don't get invited to weddings, but for those who do, this is a steal! They still have a lot of personal care stuff too. Drop by to see what they have left!

Why the heck is this store closing??!! Cannot tell you how many times their merchandise has come through in a pinch. Not to mention personal needs, such as pillows, bedding, towels, dishes, vacuums and bags, kitchen necessities, etc. Especially around the holidays!! So very disappointed. I won't travel to next nearest location. I HATE AMAZON, but now may be forced to do so. So sad. All the negative reviews seem to be from lazy people who expect too much and have zero patience and can't seem to do for themselves. Every employee I have encountered there has been helpful and courteous. I am a parent. I am a self employed business owner. I am busy. This is what I know. If you're in a hurry, plan. If you're having a bad day and your children aren't well behaved, go home. There's always tomorrow self centered people. Sadly not for BB&B.

Sadly, this location is closing. The final days in the store created one big hot mess of the inventory. The sale is alright, but prepare to stand in a very VERY long line.

Worst excuse for a local retailer ever. Purchased online to pickup in store since they had it "in stock". Selected an alternate pickup date to avoid the crowd and they didn't bother to set it aside or let me know it was out of stock at all until after I drove all the way to San Jose from Palo Alto and waited twice for over 10 mins each for an associate to acknowledge my existence. "They had too many orders, so too bad... All they can offer is a refund. No promotional pricing, rain check, etc. Should have shopped on Amazon. It would have been less disappointing and I might have even gotten what I ordered.

Very disappointing to see their new, lower quality products. I went there for a silicone spatula, a comforter, and to look at coffee makers. All the spatulas were cheap plastic. They used to have several options.The few coffee makers they had were either low end drip machines, required coffee “pods” (no thanks), or were expensive espresso machines.Then I looked at comforters and bedding. Everything felt like junk. When we finally found a comforter that my daughter liked, I read reviews and half the reviewers said it fell apart in less than a month.I never much cared for BB&B, so I’m glad to know I won’t be going back again.

I came in to buy a razor that was in stock according to the website and when I went in, I didn't see it. The employee I asked refused to check in the back and walked away.

Worst experience ever for price matching an item. Asked the manager if she could price match because I found an item online for cheaper. She took her DAMN time by scrolling her phone for about 30 mins and trying to find the item. I asked if she needed my help because I had the item on another competitors website on my phone. She said "no, I don't want you to touch my phone." She gave me a hard time and took so long. Upper management needs to train their employees esp. their managers to be more tech savvy and also be kinder to their customer. After waiting patiently for 30 mins for her to take her time to price match, I had enough of it and just went to Best Buy next door to ask them to price match. They did it in 5 mins and was very nice about it. BBB will probably go out of business soon with Amazon around. But I wanted to be nice and give them my money but I guess I won't be buying anything at BBB anymore. Hello, Best BUY! Good Bye, Bed Bath and Beyond!
