Outstanding customer service from Matt the Best Buy manager. I Had a issue with my laptop that I purchased from them years back that I had the extended warranty coverage through my credit card. He assisted me with my replacement laptop from start to finish. They have the best customer service and the best prices.

Okay they get a two star review. I'm still without a fridge but now things are actually rolling. It's just a pain that I have to go in person to get stuff moving forward. Honestly Duane in Home Appliances (Store 190) is a god send and they should give this man a raise and promotion. He has always been super helpful and willing to tackle the situation with me and calling the right people to get the ball rolling (I visited him 3 times since January). If I could give him as a completely separate entity I would give Duane a 5 star just because he has been so helpful and even pushing forward with me through the hoops I have to jump through to get this dang fridge working or get a new one. It's funny when Duane explained my situation to a Best Buy Rep for Warranty she even agreed and she too pushed and escalated the situation with the higher up levels. And she gave me advice on how to word the situation to anyone else I talk too she was a god send too! I wish I remembered her name. But, still it's frustrating to see that on home appliance side is short staff and geek squad by customer service is fully staffed to the point they have guys chilling in the back hanging out and laughing. The first two times I went there and addressed the situation and issue with them since Geek Squad was working on it first, they pointed me to Home Appliances saying they will handle it. Dude you're supposed to be Geek Squad that should be capable of looking up what the technician did last at the job site they visited. But, clearly hanging out shooting the shit was more important for them. And they clearly weren't any help nor willing to help in the situation. The husky caucasian guy literally told me, "dude that sucks, yeah go to home appliances they will deal with it for you." Maybe it is protocol for them since they deal with computers and electronics in house but still, isn't the geek squad supposed to be able to help to find work orders??? End of story I'm waiting for Whirlpool to come in Thursday for our appointment to see if they can input a new compressor into my fridge. Using their internal part warranty through whirlpool. Since it's the actual company now taking charge it has been smoother and hopefully by Thursday I'll have a working fridge again.

Everyone is extremely helpful and polite.Update: This store is very clean and well organized! Everyone was extremely nice and friendly! They had a huge selection for items to look at! The prices are great and I noticed they had sales on items that don't really get discounted! Angel helped me out at the customer service desk and was super great! Made the return super simple and actually seemed like he enjoyed his job which was amazing! Definitely recommend stopping by if you need anything!

The salesfloor has a serious lack of customer service skills. I had to search for help and when I finally got it the guy was more interested in going upfront to talk to his coworker than help me with my purchase.
