I recently visited BevMo to purchase wine for a dinner party, and the experience was fantastic. The service was top-notch—friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me select a perfect selection of reds and whites. The quality of the wines was excellent, and I was impressed by the variety available. BevMo's prices are reasonable, especially with their frequent discounts. It’s a great spot for both casual wine lovers and connoisseurs alike. I left feeling confident about my purchases, and the party guests loved the wine!

I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience at BevMo while shopping for a Jägermeister gift set for Christmas. A store employee racially profiled and harassed us throughout our visit. When we couldn't find what we were looking for, we decided to browse other whiskeys, but the employee kept following us, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
The situation escalated when, as we were leaving, he stopped us to check our jackets and bags without any justification. This was extremely humiliating, especially since there were other customers in the store whom he completely ignored. It was clear that we were singled out because we are a group of Indians, which is both unacceptable and discriminatory.
I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism when I shop, and this experience was the exact opposite. I hope BevMo takes serious action to address such behavior to ensure no one else has to go through what we did. Racial discrimination has no place anywhere, especially not in customer service.

BevMo is a nice little neighborhood shop with plenty of options but a little weak on the bourbon selection. Still great spot if you live in Willow Glen.

This place is shady af. I've been in a few times, once for one of those wine bottle openers, another time for some Kosher wine. I went in there today for a box of Black Box Chardonnay, and it was marked $20.99. I took it up to the register and the price had magically become $21.99 with a total of $24 (taxes and such). I was sure I'd seen $20.99 so I walked back to check the price, yep, and kept on walking - out the door.
I went to Whole Foods and got the same box of wine and a $6 package of whipping cream and the total was a little over $25.
Not gonna be back, if I want something exotic, there are 2-3 independent liquor stores in the area that are reputed to have a lot of different things.

Parking was pretty nuts when I went. Nearly the entire couple parking lots were full.Prices of the alcohol are okay but a bit more than Total wine and More(not a lot but by a dollar or 2).Fast checkout time, not much else to say.I got a couple bottles of Lindeman's Belgian Lambic beer that Total Wine didn't have in larger sizes, I got in, saw what I wanted and got it pretty quick.

Always solid option for the area. Parking is much better now that they have dedicated 10 min spots reserved in the back.

It's a weird, small BevMo with horrible parking... but they always seem to have what I need, even when other locations don't. They pack a lot of stuff into a small store!!! Online ordering makes shopping here a breeze. They had me in and out pretty fast. The checkout is on the parking lot end of the store, not at the street end. I recommend going early in the day before parking in the area gets too dreadful.

This would be zero stars if I could... When I went to check out the cashier said "can I see your driver's license" (I am 65 years old). I have it in a transparent window in my wallet. He asked me to take it out. I did so. He examined the license and then, without warning or permission, he scanned it. I suppose Bevmo does this because it makes it easier to verify that their cashiers are checking age. Whatever the reason, I will never again go into a Bevmo store. They will get hacked like every other sizable business and then my DL info will be on the web. In case you can't tell, this practice makes me very angry. Don't buy from Bevmo!

I visited this establishment establishment in Willow. Glen did not know it was at that location. As far as there inventory, you could find just about everything. Here, including high quality cigars. Definitely a place to visit the downside is parkit's not existingyes you gotta eat a park on the curb. Or Fight 4 parking spot in the the rear other than that I would recommend if you're looking for high quality vintage. Or some good tequila you will not be disappointment their inventory is vast

Went to purchase wine this evening specifically at Lincoln Avenue. As my go to adult beverage store, been shopping this location 12+ years, by the way. They refused to sell to me because I didn’t have my id. I am well past 21, like a lot past with gray hair and wrinkles. Have even been id’d by the guy at the counter several times before and they still refused to sell to me. I am a bartender, I know the importance of id’ing, but this was just dumb. And, as I exited the store, the manager (older woman with glasses) topped off my bad experience with a sarcastic, “have a nice night” to my back. Just ugly, not needed. I was already frustrated. This location has been slipping in customer service for quite some time, anyway. This was the tipping point. They have gone off the deep end with checking ids, it has become weird and uncomfortable, so no problem, I will spend my $ elsewhere. Total Wine is amazing with free delivery for $99 purchase, great deals and specials. So much more to choose from, too.

This is one of their smaller stores but they still manage to cram in a decent selection
