I want to thank Alex for the awesome customer service. My scooter was delivered to me at the hotel, but he noticed that the charger and basket were missing. He told me that he would bring me the charger and basket this morning. I was very worried that he would forget, as I really needed the scooter. He not only showed up first thing this morning, but he brought me an upgraded, brand new scooter. Alex, you're the best! Linda Brown

Terrible place they were suppose to come and measure my staircase and they never did come at all and they said they had a hospital bed for my mom and we waited to reserve it than we call back they say they don't deliver to a house with stairs wish I would've known that I would've never called terrible all need to be re trained.

Excellent service from Mr. David, store manager and delivery person Alex who delivered a bed rental (was very professional and friendly). Great service at a reasonable cost. We recommend highly.

I want to thank the staff for helping my parents and family. Super customer service and attentiveness. They went on Saturday at 1 pm. The woman Elaine there was super attentive and explained everything for durable medical equipment. My mom had a cane that she was using and it wasn't adjusted correctly or locked in. The manager or owner came over right away to help my mom. He also noticed the cane that my dad was using was warn away at the bottom. He says he is not trying to make a sale. My parents were very warm to him and happy. What a wonderful staff and customer service. The Quon's.

Just responding to Rusty's follow up after my review back in the summer. Yes, I am probably the first in 40 years to come in with a unique need such as trying the walker out on cement. I am able to teach yoga and hike a mile but unable to carry a glass of water 5 feet without spilling it. Wiggly hands are very rare and unfortunately your staff was unable to listen to my needs. Not being able to try a walker on cement means my wiggly hands were no concern of your staff. They assumed things about me just by my looks. It is very traumatic for me when people do so. Makes me feel unworthy and unimportant. I'm sure you'll do better next time.

I messaged the business twice thro their website and never got a respons, so I went to the office. I was met by a woman who was less than helpful. At first she said "I don't know if we can help you" but when the technician came out he was more accommodating. As the tech took my chair back to his office the woman said "If he works on it for 15 minutes or less it's $30." What?! I have no problem paying for service but you need to quote the charge before you take my chair away. The woman is very rude and unprofessional. She actually said "It's a good thing you came in when you did, otherwise he'd be out in the field." Technician: 10/10. Office woman: 0/10.

They have a lot of medical devices, disability equipments to offer. Staff Pam are very helpful and familiar with the goods they provided.

This medical supply house that I have used since being a caregiver than a CNA and HHA than disabled really stepped up today. I ordered a walker through them and put it together wrong and I put the arms in where the legs go and their are safety holes that line up on the steel so that once you put them in their is no getting them out! Well, I had my maintenance man from my apartment try and fix it and my girlfriend and nobody could. Well I brought it down to Mr.Bischoff, and he fixed it in 15 minutes. I bought some other items and I left in a half hour. I got a lot done here because he is fully supplied not like the medical supply houses in the north bay unfortunately. If you need anything come to Bischoff's!

I love this place. I needed a walker to help me around until I have knee replacement surgery (2 months from now). Not only did they have a wide selection that I was encouraged to try, the gentleman helping me put together another walker that he thought would fit better for me and my budget. He was right. Not only did he show me how to use the features, he helped set it up so it was the right height and even helped me take it to my car. I truly appreciate the care they show their customers.

A++ rating to Bischoff's Medical and Mobility! From Rusty answering my inquires over Memorial Day weekend, to his personal on site visit to provide us with quotes and options to meet our needs, to answering the phone to follow up, his professionalism and compassion are top notch. To our delight, a Bruno chairlift was in stock and Jesus, the installer, was a joy to work with. Jesus did an amazing job with the installation and also showed Mom how to get on and off the chair safely, along with other tips such as how to best use the remote. What Bischoff's does is provides independence to those that lack the confidence to live in a 2 story home, a priceless value!

I rented an electric power chair for a week. (For those not in the know - like me- a power scooter and a power chair are in different categories. So don't be afraid to ask.) When waiting for the transaction to finish, I was impressed with The variety of walkers to try out. Lots of recliner chairs as well.

Everyone I have encountered here at Bishoff's have been professional and accommodating. They responded to my question about cervical collars quickly and I called the next day and spoke with Pam. She was so sweet. The salesman in store was empathetic as I was injured in a car accident & he was fantastic with helping me find the smallest size available; he was also very gentle as he helped me get the collar on. Thank you everyone! I will certainly recommend you to all!
