Was trying to purchase a diamond earring and I am glad I went to this store. Thanks Virender Shah from the store in finding the best diamonds for my use case. The communication and support were very clear and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Visited the showroom with my partner in the evening on a Wednesday and the older man was “helping” us. I would say helping loosely due to his unwelcoming attitude that turned an exciting moment into a sour, frustrating experience. I was explaining to him my engagement ring shape preferences after visiting two other jewelers before Blue Nile, and he abruptly and rudely cut me off and said, “You can only look at three rings at a time”. I understand the store’s policy but the way he talked over me (only two rings were out at that moment) made me feel belittled but I stayed and continued to look at the options there. I asked a few simple questions and he would sometimes laugh then answer me like I was a child who didn’t understand engagement ring shopping. At another point, I picked out a ring and he immediately said, “you already looked at that one” and didn’t pull the ring out. Maybe due to my young age or that I wasn’t a man talking to him, I felt like he talked down to me and I did not enjoy my shopping experience. He kept directing me and my partner to the website like he didn’t want us there. Would not recommend having that man “help” you look at wedding rings and will not be visiting again.

I was pretty happy with my experience getting a ring here.Lianna was super professional, nice, and helpful in the entire process. We walked in with no appointment the first time, knowing very little about diamonds. She patiently helped us and educated us about how to select the diamond. After the visit, she sent a few follow-up emails to follow up on our visit and answered some of my questions. Through out the entire process, from the initial visit to the final purchase, she was very nice and patient, and made our entire experience very pleasant.Pros:- Good service with follow-up emails. The entire experience was smooth and efficient. We placed the order on our second visit to the showroom- They pick up phone calls. I called the showroom once and they picked up and helped me.- Lianna responded to text message promptly.Cons:Sometimes they reply to email, but other times they don't reply to email promptly. As email did not work well, I had to call them and schedule a showroom visit - this did not bother me because it was a better experience getting my questions answered in person.I will update this comment once we receive the ring.

I am writing this review to express my frustration with the service I received from Blue Nile. I recently placed an order one month before my wedding and i still didn't receive it till my wedding day which left me in an awkward situation.Meanwhile, I made over 10 phone calls and they gave me response like it will be shipped soon, they are sorry about my experience. they've escalated to their management team and I should receive a phone call in 72 hours (never happened).I also made several emails. They sometimes response very politely but nothing happens.I placed a 2nd order 10 days before the wedding because I felt the previous one might never got shipped. However, again, they failed to do any expedition on this too.After the wedding, I emailed them to cancel both orders and they replied sure, hope I will do business with them again. It seems to them that nothing happens, no apologies.However, two days later, i received an email said that my rings got shipped. Their customer service is doing NOTHING during the whole process.Please, everyone see this review, avoid this company otherwise you are at risk of not getting your ring during your wedding.

Want to give a zero if i can. My boyfriend planned a proposal in Japan and ordered an engagement ring from this place. He was reassured that the ring would arrive by the 28th because he is flying to Japan on the 29th at noon. He trusted them, but the ring did not arrive on time. They told him the ring would arrive by the 29th at 1030am, which is impossible for him to pick up. Requested it to send directly to Japan, but they just told him it would not be able to arrive on time to rearrange the delivery to Japan. All they can do is refund. It doesn't matter what new ring we are going to get they already ruined it. Horrible.

Excellent customer service at the Westfield Valley Fair location. I can't say enough praises for Lianna. She was extremely helpful and friendly, even though we didn't have an appointment. She went above and beyond for us. She worked very hard with her management team to troubleshoot a system error that prevented her from activating our military discount.

I would not recommend using Blue Nile. We ordered our wedding bands through them over 2 months ago and our order has been delayed 8 times and counting. Each time we contact customer service, they just tell us that our order will be shipping in the next two days, only for us to get another email that it will be delayed again. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company!

We had a confirmed appointment and drove 30 miles only to be brusquely told that we were not allowed to enter the showroom. When we pointed to the confirmation email, they blamed a “system glitch” (as reported by others) but refused to accommodate us within an hour of the confirmed time.

Customer service was exceptional. Charlotte was our jeweler today and helped us both select a wedding band for our wedding. I was extremely happy with how patient and knowledgeable Charlotte was. She was able to accommodate us even when I was coming down from a slight cold.. We loved how she provided a handful of options to my fiancée and I and we ended up purchasing same day. Bluenile has such a great value, & very nice jewelry. I look forward to coming back and doing business here again!

Buying a ring/jewelry can be challenging and intimidating. I really did not know much about diamonds/the process. Genesis was very knowledgeable and provided me with lots of information. Genesis went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my Engagement Ring.Genesis happily worked with me on all my requests, made helpful suggestions and went out of her way once the order was being processed to contact me if she needed additional information or if there were any changes to my order (due to my custom requests). Genesis was very professional and takes pride in her work. It made the process easy and enjoyable (as buying an Engagement Ring should be!)I was very happy and excited with the finished product. I have been looking around for engagement rings for a while. I was referred by a friend to see Genesis here at Blue Nile. Genesis help me find exactly what I was looking for at the best price by far. I am definitely appreciative of Genesis and the Blue Nile staff for the help they gave with this huge milestone in my life.
