We had a great experience with the BoConcept San Jose. From the very beginning, Michelle went above and beyond to help us design a space that truly feels like home. Michelle started by visiting our house to get a clear sense of the layout, taking measurements and thoughtfully considering which pieces would work best in each area.
We really liked how collaborative and detail-oriented the process was. After the initial design was done, we spent nearly half a day in their showroom working through options for textiles, colors, and finishes with Michelle and made sure that everything worked with our budget. Michelle was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find pieces that matched both our style and our space. Thanks to Michelle’s guidance, we now have a beautiful interior that we absolutely love.

Hampton products are renowned for their exceptional durability, capable of enduring significant wear and tear over a decade. This is our second set of sofa, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the product’s longevity and quality.

Michelle is very helpful through the entire process, from introducing the products, helping us making the purchase, updating us with the delivery time and instuction, and following up with design suggestions for other furnitures after delivery. I appreciate very much the pleasant experience shopping at your Santana Row store, especially the service provided by Michelle Winter. Although it was near closing time, the time she took to explain and educate us on the BoConcept products was very helpful to our purchasing decision. I also appreciate that she has kept us informed with periodic updates on the delivery status.
The purchase was totally unplanned, as we were just passing by. But all in all, I think it was a good purchase. Thank you, Michelle, for introducing us to BoConcept.

We went to Boconcept to shop for furniture for our new home. We were impressed with the quality and design. It was a pleasant experience to work with Michelle. She was so patience to listen to us and have a design that perfectly fits our home and our wish.

10+ months and still no table.
We had ordered a new kitchen table in Jan/feb this year which arrived in may ish. When it arrived, one of the most crucial pieces were broken and doesn’t allow the table to extend. When we reached out and informed them, they said that they would need to get it shipped over. They offered to have shipping of the new piece on them. Every delivery date they informed us has been pushed back, no reach out to confirm where in the shipping process it has been. It was always us having to reach out to check in again. At this point for the price point that we paid for, we would have been happier if we went with other companies we were also looking at at the time. We ordered in Feb-ish time and it’s now November, and our dining room has looked like this for month without us being able to have guests over. We feel like a broken record emailing the company over and over and over again.

Boconcept let me believe I could buy an expensive sofa, because Guardsman would help if there was any stain. Small or Big..
Well even the most gross stain requests: like my toddler pucked and peed on the sofa. They didn’t answers to my 4 times request if they can come please and solve the problem. The one time they did respond to this request (months later and many requests further). They sended a tinie tiny cleaning bottle and a good luck noot with it.
They are the worst. Thank you Boconcept for this recomandation. You sold a sofa..

Maybe don’t disregard pedestrians in the road in your branded company car.I was crossing nearCrab cove and a boconcept car barely slowed down while i was crossing. Then did not make a complete stop to turn as i stepped onto the sidewalk.

We worked with Paul who is a senior designer at Boconcept, and his work was exceptional. Right from the beginning he listened very carefully to the design we had in mind and the styles that we preferred. He came to our home to take measurements, and then created an virtual model of our home with his recommended designs. It was very thoughtfully done. I would highly recommend Paul for his professional caliber, his design sense, and his overall pleasant persona! Boconcept pieces are just stunning

This time we compared several different branding, visited BoConcept santana row four times, each time, Dominique gave us very professional & kind service, recommended living room furnitures, introduced different leathers, fabric very patiently, finally, we continued to select BoConcept, we are very happy and satisfied with the result, thank you, Dominique.

BoConcept is superior in quality and style. I recommend asking for Dominque. We bought three sets of couches. Basically, she helped custom design the sets using software and our preferences for style and design. We heavily shopped around, before committing to BoConcept. It is far better quality and overall consumer experience than Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, or West Elm. Dominque was professional, helpful, and true to her word. She was honest and more of a designer, than a sales person. Look at our beautiful couches below. It is better than any custom design we could have found.

I recently moved into a new house, and boconcept’s Bergamo was perfect although the price was little too high. I have to say I am pretty happy with the piece, but if the competitors offer similar design, I would’ve gone with them in a heartbeat.1. Boconept’s shipping was more than double.(even after negotiating). Just for one piece of furniture.2. The designer totally forgot about our appointment/meeting and had nothing prepared.3. The sofa supposedly doesn’t come with felt pads. They emailed me to let me know “You can find them at your local hardware store.” !!!???4. The delivery team was not very professional, dragging my sofa right and left. Didn’t bother to confirm the position I wanted. I had to ask and did it myself.I am glad I am done with furniture shopping and had other pieces from the competitor with seemless and better customer care.I didn’t even have to ask any of things above and took well care of me.

I spent many months working with BoConcept's Senior Designer, Paul. His contribution to my home's furnishings and overall style cannot be understated. He listens closely for what I want out of my spaces (dining, living, theater) and quickly adapts my input for style preferences into a functional design in my rooms. His renders translate extremely well into the real rooms and I never once feared what I had purchased wouldn't look the way I wanted. In all, I furnished two rooms with two couches, four armchairs, three ottomans, two rugs, one dining table, and eight dining chairs. Each piece was customized to fit the look and feel of the room. Frankly, there isn't another option I've found which hits this level of clean, effortless style and soft, durable surfaces. I would recommend BoConcept and even more, I'd highly recommend working with Paul.
