I had a great experience shopping at Bononos. I made an appointment and got measured. We tried lots of different sized pants shirts and found clothes that fit better than I've ever had. Once the sizes were done we picked through styles and colors. The sales people were kind and courteous. She knew her stuff and helped me find clothes that fit what I was looking for and up leveled my look.
The clothes arrived 3 days later and have all fit perfectly.

We stopped into the Bonobos store at Santana Row just to figure out the right size and fit for my husband. He usually dreads clothes shopping, but our salesperson, Oscar, made the whole process smooth and easy. He was friendly, gave great advice, and really helped us narrow down what worked best.
The clothing felt like high-quality material, and being able to see the colors and prints in person made a big difference in our decision-making. My husband also discovered that the size and fit he thought he needed wasn’t actually the best match—so we were glad we tried everything in-store.
Thank you Oscar and team for the overall positive experience! We’d definitely recommend visiting this location, and we’ll be purchasing more from Bonobos in the future.

Dropped by this store to shop for a summer linen suit. Besides the incredible collection they had I wanted to point out how I great their service was. I’m not as familiar with suit sizing, but their in store representative Oscar was very helpful in choosing the right suit size. From helping with the right trouser fit to the the right kind of jacket , he helped in putting together a great look! Cannot recommend this brand and its people enough!

Stupidest store I have ever visited . Don’t sell anything in it . It doesn’t even serve its purpose of sizing since they don’t store most of the sizes you ask for .

Very impressed by the style, fit and quality of Bonobos! Shopped at the Santana Row location for my husband and Ash was absolutely incredible! Amazing stylist who gave some really good suggestions and followed up with us to ensure the delivery went smoothly! Highly recommend the brand.

I have hesitated to order from Bonobos in the past because I've had bad experiences shopping for pants online with other brands, but when I saw I could get fitted in-person before ordering I was excited to check it out.
I dropped in to try on some chinos and Ash was extremely helpful in finding the right fit for me. I usually have issues finding tapered pants that fit well in the seat/thighs and he was able to recommend a style for me that worked out perfectly. I tried on several pairs and he gave some valuable feedback on how they looked/fit me that helped me select and order the best size. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful store! Really like their clothing, particularly their men's pants selections, multiple options and choices. Their Sales Associates are very polite and attentive.

Ash was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Came in just shy of a week before my wedding, got fitted and found/bought a suit. Arrived two days afterwards and was recommended to an incredibly fast tailor around the corner. The suit looked great on wedding day and it was all thanks to Ash. Thanks Ash!

Great experience at the Santana Row location. I scheduled a fitting appointment and worked with Ash. He was both incredibly helpful and patient, providing great input during the fitting process. He also loaded my different fits on my online profile which made it very easy to purchase online after the fact. Would definitely recommend this store and working with Ash.
