Worst experience stay away from Boost mobile.. they do not care about their customers at all and they even changed my plan I purchased online from a 30GB data plan to 5GB data plan for the exact same price without my consent. They lied to Mr and said they would activate my sim card that I purchased online with a special discount of 25 per month for 30gb of high-speed data guaranteed and instead switched it to 5GB plan while swearing it would be the same plan and then charged me an extra 60 bucks for doing this.. I couldn't believe that people could be so blatantly unethical. I filed a dispute with my credit card and let them know they tried to defraud me.

It wasn't the worst not the best service. If using credit card you will get charged more and other fees, not sure if it is the store or Boost.

Complete inventory of the boostmobile. Friendly customer service, answer a phone call 1 hour prior of store opening (which is 10am).

Bought a new phone that did not come with instructions. Check your items before leaving. Too many assumptions on my part. Employees could have been more informative.

I broke my phone the other day and was surprise to see this place open since it was the holiday. Came in and was expecting a rip off estimation but was happily please with the price given. The guy that was helping me was such a good help! I will be back (hopefully not because my phone is broke, "knocking on wood") and would most likely tell people about this place!

We do not have this carrier for our phone lines but we do provide IT support for this location from what I can see every time I am working at this location, is that they really like what they do and they treat people in a very professional manner. I also noticed a LOT of patience. Most shops or companies don't have that tact on their costumer service. If you are having issues with your phone and need a new one or if need some honest 1 on 1 assistance this is the place to go.
