I came to this store on 03/15/2022. I was welcomed with a friendly smile when entering the store. The lady who helped me to replace my phone was professional on her job. She respected and nicely serviced customers. While waiting for my turn, I saw she treated all customers nicely no matter they bought a high range smart phone or a basic smart phone. I would come back this store again. Thanks Boost Mobile

The worst Boost Mobile ever!!!!!!I went to buy a Sim Card to activate my new iPhone and the girl from the front desk was very rude and disrespectful. I told her I just wanted a SIM CARD and she told me that she couldn’t sell it to me because I had to activate it on the store. She was charging me $45.00!!! For activation and SIM card!!! The SIM card is just $10!!She told me that she didn’t want to sell it to me. This happened today at 4:00PM.If you are not willing to work as a costumer service, you should quit or learn to be kind.

I don't even want to give them one star I pay $74 a month for my phone I have no hotspot I just paid my bill when I called customer service they said they have to submit it to Sprint and they're sorry Having this problem I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for my hotspot that's my first issue. They say you get free Internet that's A joke oh it takes me to where I wanna go on the Internet but then it kicks me out saying no service every single time I must've troubleshooting my phone eight times in the last four days.. You don't pay your bill your phone get shut off period so when we don't get service that we pay for there's no repercussion to them there should be boost is the worst service I've ever had in my life I recommend not ever getting boost !!!!!

I bought a Samsung S9 phone from a Boost store in Toms River, NJ on Hooper Avenue a while back. I was adamant about being able to control the on/off feature for call waiting as it was not in my previous S5 phone, the operating program was not complete. I was assure the S9 had this feature (eg complete operating program). Wrong, not there again. I remember I went back to the store - forget it, no help whatsoever to correct the problem. Call Boost Customer service, BS all around. Are they not customer service, customer are they not there to correct problems? They say its a Samsung problem, call them. Samsung says it a service provider problem call Boost. I say its a Boost problem. For this reason, Boost bought the phones from Samsung, acted as an agent representing the phone when they sold it to me, I gave my money to BOOST and they took it and now they refuse to do anything about it. I tried to explain it this way, if you go to the a grocery store and they sell you a gallon of milk made at the dairy called THE MOO-MOO DAIRY and you get home and the milk is bad, you go back to the grocery store that took your money because they sold the milk. Its a Samsung/Boost problem with the insufficient program, Boost selling Samsung phones was a transaction between the 2 of them, not me. I shouldn't be put in the middle, I'm not here to fix the problems between Boost and Samsung and yes I now remember again that I went to the Boost store about it early on and they were of no help. I said to the Boost sales clerk, maybe I should just get another provider he said well this phone is locked and you can't transfer it to another provider. I AM URGING ANYONE WHO PURCHASED A PHONE (ANY BRAND) FROM BOOST THAT HAS AN INADEQUATE OPERATING PROGRAM OR DEFECTIVE IN ANY WAY AND BOOST WON'T MAKE GOOD ON THEIR END OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, WRITE TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF YOUR STATE AND COPY THE UNITED STATEs ATTORNEY GENERAL AND LET THEM KNOW THAT BOOST IS SELLING BAD PRODUCT AND WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THE POWER OF THE PEN IS LIKE A MIGHTY SWORD. I'll try the store one more time, give them one more chance but, if they don't make good on this, the ball will start rolling to the government to inform them of Boost's rip off practices. Boost bought from Samsung not me, Boost sold what they bought from Samsung and took my money doing it. The phone doesn't have what it's supposed to have, Boost needs to get after Samsung about this not me. Boost has a problem with Samsung selling them bad operating programs in their phones, they shouldn't make their problem the customer's problem. They should be a responsible retailer and stand by what they sell, no matter what the brand is.

This place is amazing, I needed my Samsung GS9 repaired same day! They delivered and just like new! Also when they repaired it they used a Samsung Galaxy S9 original part with frame! Which literally made my phone like a new phone

Customer service is non existent. Not everything fits into there useless phone menu boxes. They will not allow customers to speak to a live person. If you have a problem that requires a live a person and not a phone robot voice forget it.
