I have NEVER been treated more egregiously than this sorry incompetent "team" of "customer service representatives." This team of inept bafoons transferred me no less than FOUR times to a different person that could do anything but solve my problem. I was not asking for the world; I must have been the first customer in the world to ask these bumbling idiots for a simple refund because my problem was in fact VERY simple. I paid for cellular service, I didn't get it, I waited a long time, and understandably I wanted my money back, and it took a very unhelpful text conversation on their website, over 2 hours on the phone, on hold for 90% of it, to have FOUR separate people tell me that my problem was simply unsolvable. Don't worry I saved the best for last, I didn't even get my problem solved, I was told that I could either pay for a new sim card or make a whole new account for my account, to report the charges as fradulent to my bank instead of BOOST MOBILE handling the problem, they wanted me to literally commit fraud! I am so sorry I didn't want to inconveince myself further by the incompetence of this company! I am 90% sure it is common practice for every bank ever in their fradulent charges investigation to see if I authorized the purchase, and I did in fact authorize it, when you eat some really bad food at a resturant, you don't go to the bank and file a fradulent charge claim, have them cancel your debit card and investigate who took your card to a resturant. NO! You go back to the resturant and ask for your money back. It is not my banks problem to solve BOOST MOBILES incompetance. Somebody should relay that information to the KNOBHEADS over at boost mobile HQ, 0/10 NEVER EVER RECIEVING MY BUSINESS AGAIN. very very dissapointed.

Boost Mobile has found a sneaky way to raise my cell phone bill by not showing or legitimately explaining to me why my monthly bill is all of a sudden higher and the bill does not show any detail of the breakdown of the fees/charges. I am only told that "This is what the charges are" They don't want to use words such as "price increases" "New rates", etc.

Three months ago, my daughter ordered me a new phone from Boost Mobile. UPS lost the phone. Then Boost asked me to file a claim with UPS. I submitted the claim with UPS valuing the phone at $300. UPS did not give me the money for the phone. UPS referred me back to Boost Mobile. Boost Mobile refunded my daughter instead of sending me the phone. Now Boost is trying to charge me the full price instead of honoring the upgrade price. I feel like I have been jumping through hoops for months on end to my replacement phone. I have not been able to get anyone on the phone that can assist me. Representatives do not have any contact names of anyone that they can reach out to for assistance with issues.

Users beware. It's very hard to get real service on their chatbot. And then, when I finally had enough, you have to call their "833" number for port out pin. And there's just nobody there - I've been on the call for more than 45mins so far. They don't tell you when you're about to run out of quota, and instead just cut off service. Then, when you try to pay for additional bandwidth, for some reason both credit card and and another e-form would fail. Then you get to another "payment" tab - they would let you add money to the a/c via e-form, but that money can't be used to buy extra quota. I personally would not touch them again, EVER!

This boost mobile should be ashamed the girl in there automatically assumed I spoke Spanish and racially profiled me I said I just had a question and she gave me a dirty look I told her whenever I lay my bill they don't charge me. Service fee in stores she told me they do that everywhere which isn't true because I always pay in stores and never been charged extra when I said I want my money back she said she couldn't give me my money back ima very aggressive tome she was very combative her name is jasmine and she's the manager working today march 12th 2023 at 2:45pm I highly recommend not getting service from boost and not going to this store location

Beware of cancel policy ........... After years with Boost mobile (previously Virgin), I decided to go with Verizon (new phone, comparable plan). I was on autopay and they charged me my monthly just days after my transfer. They will not refund (even a portion) of my monthly amount as the say they can't because "your account is closed"..... Can you imagine the millions they get by not refunding for un-used service.......... Spoke with supervisor and spent way too much time but "they were sorry" Grrrr. btw - they said I could dispute the charge with my bank!!! that btw takes months, they contact Boost etc............ Apparently I made a good choice in transferring my business

horrible and untruthful. I was a 20 year boost customer and they screwed me out of my pay as you go plan, with lots of balance dollars remaining in the plan. On my calls for help Many Boost customer service reps straight out lied, they said I can have a new $10 per month plan also with a free phone. But, when you go to upgrade to the compatible 4G phone at the actual store the managers say that is a gimmick and the reps lie to get you off the phone, the store can only offer you the $35 dollar plan, if they gave me the $10 per month plan it would be a corrupt way to get around the Boost mobile system and the store would eventually get hit with the charges. They said the same thing at four different boost stores!!!waisted a day going back and forth boost is a big bummer!!! Went back to Verizon!!! quit plan lost my balance would pick 0 if available

Purchased an iPhone from Boost Online. Never worked because of a SIM card mismatch, then came to learn the entire phone was defective. After being a customer for several years, I switched to T-Mobile. It was nearly impossible to get the required account number from Boost to make the switch. The store clerk was very rude when he found out I wanted to change and offered no help, telling me he could not get the account number. I then tried their "customer service" line and was put on hold for several minutes and the call was answered by a non-english as a first language speaker who hung up on me. This happened several times. I spent an entire morning trying to get the needed number and had no success. I finally went back to T-Mobile and they were able to straighten the mess out. I realize T-mobile, Sprint and Boost are the same company, but Boost has 0 credibility after my experience.
