I had an uncomfortable experience shopping here. An employee with facial piercings followed me throughout the store, repeatedly asked if I was ready to check out, and closely monitored me while I was browsing. This behavior felt inappropriate and intrusive, and it made me uncomfortable enough to cut my shopping short. I was using gift cards I received as a Christmas gift and had intended to continue shopping, but I still have hundreds of dollars left in gift cards that I will now be selling because I do not feel comfortable returning. Customers should be able to browse without feeling pressured or surveilled

You need to accurately post your store hourels online and on the store doors. I even asked an employee and she did not know whether it was 7pm or 8pm. So, she was not helpful and I missed purchasing something from your store.

Really cool stuff! However, I wish the sweater’s quality was more durable, as the designs are fantastic. After just a week of wearing the sweater, on and off, without washing, the pilling has already become noticeable.

Happy with the quality service I received recently! Arrived on a Thursday night to pick up an online order. The associate reassured me to wait patiently since my items were hidden in the back room. When she came out, I was surprised that my order was well protected in a box since there were some ceramics inside. She helped double check the content of my items to make sure my order was correct. Thankful for her kind customer service!!

No matter if you are a fan of Disney, anime, horror or anything in between, this place has you covered for all kinds of merchandise. Where many stores are limited to basic items like shirts and backpacks, this store has a huge variety of goods for all types of fans. You can definitely find shirts and backpacks here, but you can also find items such as energy drinks, home decor and even slow cooker and waffle irons with your favorite characters. They have quite a bit of BoxLunch exclusive items and if you watch for sales, you can save yourself quite a bit on some pretty cool stuff.
