Just want to take a moment to thank David and the entire staff at Caliber Collision. I was traveling through the city and needed a service right away. I was greeted at the desk by the most wonderful lady who had a remarkable smile. I explained that I was visiting from Atlanta and my son that’s 16 was attending Stanford University. The entire staff was so professional and helpful. I have really enjoyed California and everyone that we have had the pleasure of meeting during our visit. The service was superior and the prices are the best and affordable. I can go on and on about the superior service with a smile. We now can proceed safely on our trip without any inconvenience.
May GOD Bless Mr. Dave and the entire staff Always!!!

I’m rating this place poorly because the communication just wasn’t up to par. If I wanted updates on my car, more often than not, I would have to reach out and call the shop multiple times because they did not call when they said they would with an update. But the most annoying part was that they were not relaying information to the other party’s insurance as requested by them, which significantly delayed the process overall and in turn delayed my pay out. The other party’s insurance started hounding me for updates and information that Caliber should have sent over, but never did. And I told them several times that I had already communicated the requested information and permissions to caliber, but caliber never communicated that to the insurance.

Nick Quadrato and his team EXCEEDED my expectations on everything they did on my Mercedes Benz!

They recently repaired my Prius after the catalytic converter was stolen. They did a great job and they were quick and efficient about it. They regularly provided updates. The whole process was top notch. I would highly recommend.
