Getting body work done under any circumstance is never a great experience...like going to the dentist! However, the team at Caliber Collision made this process as painless as possible. They were courteous, professional, and went above and beyond in their service. If you have the unfortunate experience of having to get work done I'd highly recommend Caliber Collision to handle your work - at least that part of the process will be a pleasant experience. I recently had my car repaired at Caliber Collision, and it was truly the best auto service experience I’ve ever had — all thanks to AL.
AL is a true superstar. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He is an enthusiastic and clear communicator. He impressed me with his extensive car knowledge and he went out of his way to accommodate my special requests. Most of all, he treated me like family!
Veronica at the front desk was also fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and incredibly on top of everything.
The entire team did outstanding work on my car, and the results speak for themselves. But it’s AL’s exceptional service that really made this experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for someone who will go out of their way for you and truly cares, ask for AL — you won’t be disappointed!

Shop refusing to only fix 2 of 3 panels, where the third has a minor scrape. They said it's all or nothing. Makes absolutely no sense.

Thank you, Al and Veronica for making this process so easy and comforting. Veronica runs the front and she’s warm welcoming and knows her stuff! Al took care of us gave me same day estimate, quoted me a timeline and came in early! I could not feel more safe and cared for with this experience. I enjoyed working with him so much that I recommended them to my best friend who was recently in an accident and has her car there now.
