I normally do not leave reviews, but after this most recent experience, I feel it is necessary. My vehicle has been at their auto service center for over five weeks, and despite multiple attempts to obtain an update, I have received no communication, not even a basic acknowledgment that the diagnostic is in progress.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered poor communication and lack of professionalism at this location. This ongoing pattern is extremely concerning.
After more than a month with no diagnosis, no timeline, and no follow-through, it is clear that customer service is not a priority here. I hope this review encourages the leadership to address these issues and improve the overall level of service provided to customers.

I have a fleet of trucks for my business. I have bought seven trucks from this dealership and they have a great inventory or can locate what I am looking for. Go see Dale and he will take care of you. Ryan and the rest of the sales department are great to work with as well.

I visited this dealership and had a very disappointing experience.
They ran my credit WITHOUT my authorization, then tried to get me to sign a document afterward.
When I attempted to take a photo of the paperwork, the employee snatched it out of my hand.
There was no transparency, no explanation, and no accountability. I had a pre-approval ready, but they still pulled my credit behind my back.
I ended up walking out because of their dishonest practices.
I do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone who values transparency or professionalism.

I had a great experience! As a person who’s working on their credit, I didn’t have much hope in actually buying a car. Not only was I able to purchase a car but I got one with a great warranty and gap insurance! Mr.Jesus Ortiz is definitely the guy to go to if you want to get a car but are nervous about your financial history. The finance department are great as well, if not for the whole team, I wouldn’t be able to help my own family today.

I always had an outstanding experience at this dealership! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. All the staff were friendly. Whenever I’ll bring my car in for service, Jose Reyna made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
What impressed me most was their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. It’s rare to find a team that truly values its customers the way they do here.
Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for top-notch service!

I wouldn’t under any circumstances bring your vehicle in. They gave me a “full service” $600 and 4 hours later nothing was touched and the issue I brought it in for was still present.

Great experience all around!
My husband and I came to this Ford dealership after visiting two others beforehand. We were on the hunt for a specific truck — a hybrid Ford Maverick — but the previous dealerships didn’t have it and kept trying to push other models.
As soon as we arrived here, we were greeted and helped by Dale, who was extremely knowledgeable and clearly knew what he was talking about. We mentioned we were just looking and planned to come back later once we decided, but that didn’t change his level of customer service. He still gave us the opportunity to test drive, view different color options in person, and never once made us feel pressured.
By the end of our visit, we were so impressed with his professionalism that we decided to make the purchase that same day. The whole process was smooth and easy — the staff was friendly, personable, and even offered drinks while we waited.
We highly recommend this dealership for your next Ford purchase. Thank you, Dale, for making our experience so enjoyable!

I am writing to formally share my experience during the recent buy-back transaction for my Ford vehicle at your dealership. Unfortunately, my interaction with Stephan Minchelle was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, leaving me very uncomfortable throughout the appointment.
From the start, his demeanor lacked any form of courtesy or customer care. He was chewing gum loudly while assisting me, spoke in a dismissive tone, and offered no explanation as he handed me each document — simply repeating “sign here” or “sign the back.” There was no greeting, no sense of professionalism, and no acknowledgment that I was a loyal Ford customer completing an important process.
Additionally, he spoke negatively to his own employees right in front of me and my father, which I found highly inappropriate and unprofessional. When the paperwork was completed, he handed me my final check without so much as a “thank you” or closing acknowledgment. I had to ask if there was anything else, and his response was simply, “Nope, that’s it.” Even when my father said “thank you,” it went completely unacknowledged.
To make matters worse, he even asked if I was planning to purchase another vehicle. I politely replied, “Not at this moment,” and his tone was again dismissive — as if my response was not worth his attention.
After months of going through the buy-back process, I expected at least a courteous and professional experience to close things out. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. This interaction has left such a negative impression that I would never return to this dealership for any future purchase or service, nor recommend it to anyone I know.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as a training opportunity to ensure future customers are treated with the respect and professionalism that the Ford brand represents.

I recently had the ABS braking system fail on my Ford Fusion, so I took it to Capitol Ford for service. From the start, Service Advisor Frank Puga was attentive and informative, walking me through every step of the process.
We ended up needing a full replacement of the braking system, which took a few days, but Frank kept me updated the entire time. Once the part arrived, the technicians quickly installed it and had my car running perfectly again.
What I appreciate most about getting my vehicle serviced here is that the team truly knows Ford vehicles inside and out. Their professionalism, clear communication, and expertise made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back to Capitol Ford in the future.

I brought my vehicle to Capital Ford because the transmission — which this dealership had already replaced twice — was leaking again after just 9 months. I drove two hours to this location as I was told they had six technicians who specialize in hybrid transmissions and that they would be able to get to it faster than other locations, quoting me a two-day diagnostic turnaround. However, once I arrived, I was told something completely different — that they might have my car for up to a month and wouldn’t even be able to diagnose it for at least a week and that the repair might not be covered. I expected this to be a straightforward process since the repair should be covered under Ford’s 12-month/12,000-mile warranty, but instead I was met with conflicting and inaccurate information.
*****Disclosure: I would be lying if I stated I was calm, cool, and collected during this entire interaction. All patience and understanding went out the door when I was told multiple different answers to the same questions on the same day within the same hour. .********
After checking in, I asked to speak with the service manager to get clarity. Service manager stated the repair I came in for would not be covered because it was supposedly paid out of pocket by the previous owners. Moments later, he changed his story and admitted Ford had paid for the repair — but still refused to confirm warranty coverage. I ended up calling Ford Customer Relations back from the waiting area, and again they confirmed the transmission should be covered.
****For the record, there is no relationship between warranty coverage and the owner of the vehicle — the warranty applies to the part/repair itself.*****
All I wanted was a straight answer: is the transmission itself covered? Instead, the service manager went in circles, saying he wouldn’t know until a $299.99 diagnostic was performed, and made it sound like I’d be responsible if they determined it was “something else.” Not only is this misleading, it also showed a lack of understanding of Ford’s own warranty policies.
To make matters worse, the service manager dismissed my concerns by saying my 2014 vehicle was “old” and that a car this old doesn’t have or come with a warranty. That excuse doesn’t hold up when the transmission itself is less than a year old. Warranties cover the repair and part regardless of the vehicle’s age. He even went so far as to gaslight me by suggesting that “something could have happened” between December 2024 and now — within only 10,000 miles — to cause the issue. That’s just ridiculous. If a transmission has to be replaced twice at the same dealership and is already leaking again, that points to questionable workmanship, not the age of the car or the driver.
At the end of our conversation, the service manager even said that “Ford Customer Relations will say anything to get the customer off the phone.” Even if that were true, it is completely unprofessional and immature to dismiss the company’s own corporate support team just because I questioned the validity of what he was telling me.
I ended up leaving and going to another Ford dealership closer to home, where the staff were professional, respectful, and immediately followed the correct process.
I’m sure this dealership will respond and try to disagree with my review, but the facts speak for themselves: a transmission replaced twice here, with the most recent one failing after only 9 months, should be enough to make anyone think twice. Everyone beware.

Went in with my girlfriend yesterday to buy our first car, and this was the absolute best experience possible. Very simple, straightforward process with the kindest of employees. Jesus and Basir were nothing but professional, helpful, and best of all, human. They understood and worked with our limitations, helped with insurance, and went above and beyond doing final touches on the car. In an industry full of people trying to win you over, they actually were trying to help. Thank you for changing our lives
