My car was getting up there in age and might not survive the next work season, so I came here to look at cars. Alfonso Plascencia helped me find the car that I needed and was knowledgeable about the different options and availabilities. He went above and beyond also by communicating with us via text, phone, and in person and all hours and when he got the car we were looking for he stayed late after work to help us (we had to come by after work).I was helped by Jorge Cabrera for the financial side of things and he was absolutely amazing. He was supportive and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. He explained all the different options, worked with us to find the one that was best for us as opposed to trying to push everything. Additionally, he was incredibly friendly and caring and made us feel both heard and supported.I can't recommend them enough and recommend coming here for your car questions!

We bought a new Rav4 on September 3 , and Tiffany Ly told us the we were getting 2 keys and after we singed all the papers she only gave us 1 key, she said they will call us because they didn't know were the second key where at? Later we found out the they didn't have a second key. They told me the there was a shortage on chips and the they will contact me ones they have my second key ready, it is been more than 3 months and no second key. Very dishonest dealer. I would not mind if I was told the truth before buying the car . Please at least be honest to your costumers.

I was very pleased with my experience here. I negotiated with Davinder, and it took less than 24 hours to get a great deal on a 2024 GR Corolla. Bruce, the finance manager was understanding and efficient. Signing documents was quick, and I was out with my new rocket in about 20 minutes!

This location is so shady. I originally made an appointment to get my car serviced because a check engine light came on. My car is barely 2 years old, there shouldn't be any issues with it. Turns out, it was an manufacture issue and had to leave my car with them for about a week while they wait for the part to come in. I had to fight tooth and nail just to get a loaner because "a loaner isn't covered under manufacture warranty." Obviously it is -_- and they made me wait 3 days before they gave me one They were also do a maintenance on my car, oil change, and everything. Got my car a couple of days later with everything they've done, the fixed the engine issue and showed the maintenances that were done. Cool. A few weeks later, my car has an alert to tell me that my car is due for a maintenance, when everything should have been done and taken care of during my visit. I call Toyota and wanted to speak to a manager. I left a voicemail, and they never called me back. I hate to be one of those Karen's, but I had to call them and demanded to speak to a manager. (I was patient, I gave them 3-4 days before I did that.) When I told them what happened, they just said "Oh we forgot to reset it, you can just reset it" This never happened to me before in all my years of driving where they tell me something was done, but my car tells me otherwise. They don't have any accountability, or even offered to take a look at the car to make sure that it was done. I went to get an oil change elsewhere, and the alert was gone. They just wanted me to take their word that it was done, when I'm pretty sure it wasn't. Otherwise my car wouldn't have that alert. You're better off going somewhere else. They'll forget to do your maintenance, and just tell you it was done, and want you to take your word for it

I had a "great" buying experience, but days later... a BIG disappointment. I bought a 2013 Prius with 102,000 miles from a great professional (I understand that these problems are not his fault). Unfortunately, a day after the purchase the car started making noises and I took it to my personal mechanic. I went back to the store and explained what my mechanic had said, including showing the photo (attached) of the shock absorbers that were the cause of the noise. Another cause of the noise was the poorly installed catalytic converter protection. We tried to talk and negotiate the 'repair' considering the "security" of having bought from Capital Toyota and a safe pre-sales inspection. The car arrived at the store on Saturday and the salesman informed me the same day. On the Monday we went and bought it, the car wasn't completely clean, the seats and carpet were wet, meaning they were really finalizing the process to make it available for sale. After all that, in short, the answer was: "you bought an old car and that's normal". Apart from the personal frustration and, obviously, with the company, I felt diminished for not having bought new. The feeling is: "oh, if you buy a new car we'll give you all the best, but if you can't afford it, take the car anyway". I went from buying a Honda in San Bruno, a car of the same year with 30,000 fewer miles and $1k cheaper, to buying at Capital Toyota because it was a "prestigious and trustworthy" store. The car was delivered dirty and still wet, even though I said I could pick it up another day so they could finish the whole inspection process (since the car had only just arrived). Well, I say, BE CAREFUL! Pay attention BEFORE you buy, if it's an old or used car, because after everything is done, the service is very different from the initial one. Frustrated and disappointed. I will never do business with this store again, nor would I recommend it! Except if you can buy a brand new car without any problems!

I had excellent customer service from Gio and Arleen at this dealership. I’ve been a client of Toyota service center for a few years now and went to Capitol Toyota to help my mom buy a car. Gia was so helpful on the sales floor. He made the process very comfortable and did not pressure us with anything. He explained explained all the features of the car and gave us a great deal. Arlene was great in the finance department as well. She was very informative, helpful and was overall, a nice person to work with. I highly recommend this dealership. I’ve had positive experience with them in service and sales.

Thank you Sergio from Sales & Sabrina from the Finance department! My 2022 toyota corolla. The seats are SO comfortable especially the way it is shaped for your back. Fell in love immediately when I saw it. Originally went in for a 2024 camry but left happily with this. They were so very helpful, kind and explained everything perfectly. I figured out apple car play on my own too. The car did have a bad battery I noticed as soon as we test drove it it didn’t start the next day I had a gut feeling so I went back to the same dealership & they gave me a new battery free of any charge , tire rotation while checking everything else. I am in love with my car it drives smoothly has pretty much all of the same features etc. tinted the windows and adding more inside. Approved august 30/31st walked out the same night. Smooth ride with great features. The perfect sporty look which you cannot see so much from the side in my pictures. Thank you again. Highly recommend this dealership

Never order parts from here. Returning even a new part is almost impossible. You will be charged 20% for nothing. This is called the "policy" of the company. Returning the product does not make sense, as you will lose a significant part of your money. And this company will always be in profit at your expense. This was my first and worst experience with the dealer. I've never had a problem returning items before. They don't care about customers, they just want to make money from you. If you don't want to lose money, then find a seller with a good rating on eBay and you will not have such problems and save your money.

I bought my car from here. And it is used vehicle and it runs great. Also, the service team is kind. Having said that, it takes ridiculously long for them to service the vehicle. I waited almost 4 hours for an oil change and filter replacement. I called and to their credit they did tell me 2-3 hours, and when I got there, I was told 2-3 hours. So if it is going to take 3 hours, it should not exceed that. It would have been if after 1/2 hour to tell me they needed to order a filter and not have left me in limbo.
