“My entire experience with Silicon Valley Flooring was excellent.I went to Silicon Valley Flooring for engineered hardwood and installation for our house renovation. I needed flooring for our entire downstairs, upstairs hallway, and stairs. I had initially gone to another flooring company on the advice of our designer, but they weren't able to get me the floors that I wanted in time for our renovation (and couldn't even give me an estimated time of arrival), so I went to Silicon Valley Flooring instead.Right away, I knew things were going to be different working with Maor. When I called Maor on the phone, he was so helpful and knew exactly what I needed to make things work for my budget and timeline. They had plenty of samples and options in the showroom, but he already had a few things lined up to show me even before I arrived, which was so helpful. He's also very detail oriented and explains the whole process clearly so that there are no misunderstandings. His honesty and transparency were very much appreciated. I also appreciate that Maor is very responsive, accommodating, and very easy to work with.When it came time for installation, Maor sent Jesus and team, and they were amazing. I cannot say enough good things about the team and Jesus.
