My mom called their number and the lady who picked up instantly gave her attitude. She asked her how we can get help lowering our car payment but the lady said the people were going home then changed her answer saying they weren't? Either way she literally hangs up the phone ending the call for no reason. Doesn't even try to call back or anything like that. Very rude and unprofessional.

I am a long time customer of this credit union. I have used many of their services and have never had any issues! Located in a very convenient location too! Customer service is exceptional!

I have a loan through Cefcu and have had docs notarized many times. Today, THE Notary Public said I can't have this done since I do not have a deposit account. Nor will I ever. I would not recommend this business.

After 3 accounts and 2 loans through you all, I am powerfully disappointed in the ineptitude by the 7/8 employees who were unable to provide me with the title to my vehicle paid off in September. I was guaranteed by multiple employees including a titling manager that the duplicate title would be expedited after you shipped my original title to the incorrect address. It is ridiculous that you were unable to fulfill your promises to correct a mistake by you. This type of treatment and lack of accountability makes it really hard to ever give you my business ever again.

Customer service was not the greatest. Personal conversations should be immediately stopped the moment a customers walk through the door. At first my teller had a an attitude but as the transaction carried on she did seem in better spirits. The customer service does not meet the standards to the cost of living in the evergreen area. I will be more than happy to drive to Lincoln location for my next trip to the bank

my husband and I got a credit union because it is supposed to be a better bank...which in some cases it is but for customer service it is not. One problem after another with no accountability. We are planning to leave because of the poor customer service and other silly things that are not customer oriented.

Have been banking here for a couple of years now - good customer service, tellers are experienced and it's been a good overall experience. The icing on the cake though is Jesus Salcedo. Jesus is the branch manager and has created a warm and friendly culture in the branch. Just today morning I saw all the halloween decoration and it's nice to see the staff have fun while working. I also had a situation where there was a hold on the deposit and I needed a cashier's check today. Jesus explored out of box solutions and made it happen. This is the second time where Jesus has stepped out of the conventional ways to help me out. We need more bankers and branch managers like Jesus - thanks Jesus for what you do, it matters and makes a difference !!!

Can't easily pay my bill. Been on the phone almost 30 minutes waiting. Bet if I don't pay you will call me in a heartbeat with pleasure. I linked my bank account, not only is there no option to make payment but it linked my business account. I had to enter bank login and password for regions and it didn't ask which account to use. There was no option to even choose my personal. Then the lady in the phone acted like I was slow and told me I entered wrong information. No. I entered regions login, I had no option to type my personal checking number or I wouldn't be on the phone. I had to go to a different part of the website. Idk why they have link accounts option when you need to use another option to type a diff account. Both options should be right in your face, so we don't have to waste time on the phone.

I hate this bank !! Ever since I opened my account there is ALWAYS a issue !! From atm being broken it's just way to complicated the account number to your direct deposit is not the exact number on your account you have to add. A zero or a one whatever it's just doing to much super slow service I hate calling customer service it's takes forever to actually talk to someone oh and when you get the call back the reception suks just waiting on my taxes to changes this bank please don't bank here !!! Save yourself the headache

absolutely horrible. they are selfish, money hoarding pieces of absolute garbage. my husband is active air force, so we had to move across country, and we were treated like trash by this so called "not a bank. better." ya right. we have been trying to close this stupid account for months now and we seem to not be able to branch off from them! they have given us attitude, resentment, and laziness. they said days ago that the account would be closed, but it still isnt and that was over a week ago. we have been getting overdraft fees over and over and over because the account arill is not closed. not right. i want my money back! you got that right, my freaking money! not yours. make it right

I made a withdraw from the ATM machine at the Capitol Expy branch on Friday and one of the bills I received was not only torn but it was missing the last two inches of it. I tried to deposit it back to my account (through the same ATM machine I got it from) but it flashed a message saying it doesn't accept partial bills. I couldn't believe it. I went inside the branch to explain the situation and I was met with "We can't help you because you're not a member". Wow. So anyone can use your ATM machine but if Monopoly money came out of it then you're just out of luck if you're not a member? I can only conclude that this is either a symptom of malice or incompetence. Neither of which is acceptable. Find another Credit Union to do business with. CEFCU does not care about its customers. Just scroll through all of its negative reviews and see for yourself.
