Excellent store specialist tucked in an industrial area. Very experienced and knowledgeable staff like Carol, who has worked in the floor business for decades. Customer-centered advice and service. Return text and phone call fast, esp when we were short on parts during the pandemic. Last but not least，after shopping eight stores, I got the best price and on time delivery. They also recommended a quality installer for our 2500 sq feet project. Carol has a long trusted relationship with most major brands. Negative? They have good selections, but the lighting and display in the showroom can be improved to show its value better.

This place is a little out of the way from where we live but worth the drive just in savings alone! The staff is very nice and helpful. I recommend this place to all my clients and friends. Great selections and great prices!

Big selection of hardwood engineered wood and all kinds of laminate including SPS. Great service and very pleasant to deal with. Prices are probably the best we saw during are pretty extensive search 4 hardwood. We're looking for a red oak and they had probably the best selection of red oak at great prices with the best thickness in terms of wear layer. I ended up getting engineered wood and now that it has been installed it looks amazing
