Except the lady Teres in the office; this place is a no no! The place is infested with pest and in my opinion shouldn’t be operating until they clean up! From the ground up! I definitely will submit an official request to all Santa Clara County offices to have them start paying attention to this ever growing public health crisis!

Victory if your going leave a message. Ask the customer to call about the situation not just band someone from storage unit. Unprofessional! It was second party stuff, I had no clue! That was just rude to leave a message in that tone! Units are over priced. Do your research. Does this property have rats, Yes they Do!! I've worked there.

So far, so good! Space was clean. Access just as laid out in the instructions, since there was no manager on site (closed on Thursday.) But that was no problem, as everything went according to well-explained directions. Looking forward to meeting the management staff.
