Let's start with the units themselves- maintained with indoor lighting, my unit is perfect for accommodating items up to 8 x 10. The locks utilized by this facility are cut-proof, and with a little oiling, lock holders remain secure. This provided the peace of mind I needed.The facility's location is another highlight, nestled alongside My City Forest. This non-profit organization and their volunteers plant trees and shrubbery for the community in Santa Clara County. It’s also near a field that separates the freeway and the airport, the field most likely has field mice, nothing that the management doesn’t try and control the best they can.Overall, if you are looking for an economical and safe storage facility that prioritizes security and environmental responsibility, this is the place to choose. I highly recommend it and cannot wait to see how it meets your needs.#LETSGONINERS!!!

The prices went up including a little space for storage was paying $185 now 220 includibg late fees what a bummer

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The manager is rude and incompetent. They lock the gate at 7 pm after which time there is no way to get out. This has to be some sort of fire/ safety hazard. The units are in disrepair and the property as a whole is run down. If you're thinking about renting a unit, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Current manager is a weirdo. You're lucky if you have functional lighting in your unit. Some people live in their vehicle on site. Rarely see management on the actual property, they're usually hiding somewhere probably avoiding actual work. If you park in front of the office without paying the troll toll, the manager will probably yell at you.

The worst business I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with! Not only is it impossible to get a hold of anybody in their corporate office which I don't believe even exist, but they're local on site management literally threatens minors with violence, as well as the people that were renting from them! 1020 spring street is the biggest piece of garbage storage unit facility that I have ever and I mean we rent from five different locations and this is the worst by far! Stay far away from these scumbags!! They're thieves

Manager cuts your lock and replaces it with the same one. Only gone for twenty minutes after changing my combination, came back and combination changed. Cut the lock and items missing. Refused to show me the tape and said "if the police come, they'll need a warrant!" STAY AWAY!! Ileggaly put on his own locks the next day, even though my storage wasn't in default.

I own a storage unit there and I saw a bunch of flyers with a QR code and just to be fooled by a stupid video this is an embarrassment. It quoted something with there security and they're making there clients feel safe went they're fooling people with those d*** flyers act more professional

Very flaky business. I made a reservation for today to park my vehicle after having spoken to Felicia, the manager, yesterday, and informing her that I would be coming to park my vehicle today. She said that they would be open at 10AM this morning but did not inform me in the morning that they were going to be closed today. When I showed up around 11:30, no one was there! I could not reach anyone live either - the central answering service in Phoenix was unapologetic and did not make any attempts to go out of their way to help even after I told them I was stressed about a flight I had to catch in a couple of hours. I also left a message for the manager at that location (Felicia) and never heard back. Horrible customer experience.

Call center couldn't confirm our appointment. We drive to the facility only to wait about an hour for someone to help us. Mind you there are 2 people sitting there. Very poor customer service.

Renter beware that they will raise rent around 6-9 months in and most people don't read contract completely before signing. "Landlord may change the rent or any other charge or fee by giving the Tenant thirty (30) days advanced written notice…”. They do it about twice a year due to that clause. Yearly increases would be expected but less than that is just taking advantage of people. I feel bad for those that have lost jobs during the pandemic and have to have this added cost if they are storing items here. Good luck.
