New manager is so disrespectful! She yells at customers and employees all the time. I really don’t understand why corporate has a manager that is extremely rude. The employees are probably scared to speak up!

The lines are super long waited in line for 10 minutes two employees only working at the front. Then I overhear a security guard arguing with the person at the ATM machine. The person was actually asking for assistance (help) security guard called the person out name!!

As I started my day I walked in two different banks a credit union and another bank I don't want to disclose name horrible experience I was about to give up and I walked into Chase Bank on story road near my house and then (Ariana De La Torre) was the first one to approach me and greet me with the smile I was unsure of how long I was going to wait but gladly things we're going to be good for me today best customer service I open my checking account and savings account with no hassle I was able to in and out fast but what I was more amazed at was a customer service I received wish all banks were like this thank you Ariana making my stressful day easy one.

The employees are good and nice, but I was really disappointed with how frustrating creating a new account online seemed to work. After making the account I had to wait a week for my debit card to be mailed. When the card arrived I drove to the bank to deposit some money as a bank transaction needed to happen for the card to activate. My card was declined and I was instructed to call a number on the atm. The robot operator told me that my card had already been activated, unfortunately, it was 7 pm and the bank was closed so I could do nothing. I come in today 9/4/21 and am told by a teller that I need to call a number in order to verify some documents that weren't requested when I first made the account. So I call and am on hold for about 40 mins and am told I need them to scan my social security card and something with my name and mailing address OKOKOKOKOKOK so I return to (3rd time) the bank with the necessary documentation and am talking to another representative, "It looks like your account is already closed, when I look at it there is no required documentation". Honestly, I didn't do enough research when making a checking account so this is a good opportunity to reconsider my options.

This is the first bank that I had a bad experience in all my life. There is a lady that she looks like the manager, and she talked to me very rude. That was why I changed my mind, and I left the bank to go to other bank.

Had horrible experience didn’t allow me to use the atm even though nobody was using the atmBe prepared to wait outside a long time workers are not motivated to get people in and out. No customer service. Any other chase will be better.

The manager is beyond rude! I've never been treated with such disrespect. Even the security guard apologized fir her behavior. She refused to provide me her name. CORP - she was working at 10:30am on 2/26! I'm not shocked at all by this branch's negative reviews. Stay away!
