Very bad experience myself. Make the appointment with the banker but she doesn't even show up. Other staffs are cold and have no interest to helping any customer's questions.

Branch manager is extremely rude and always "busy" chatting instead of actually working and each time I have had to do business with her, the wait is at least a 30 minute even with a scheduled appointment due to "miscommunication". They even let other people cut in line. They get frequent customer complaints. Bank is severely understaffed, will avoid this branch in the future.

They have a great bank associate. Her name is Destiny. She's super attentive helpful and friendly.

Extremely helpful staff. Very patient with elderly patrons. Convenient kiosks inside and out! I noticed the people who have complained about service came at lunch time. REALLY? Yes, any bank will be crowded and frazzled then.

The worst bank ever hold check deposits for not reason m d for more than 14 days from the date they said it was going to be available but the all ready take the money out the account the checks came from keep changing the story when l spoke to manager she was laughing as l talk to the point l told her it wasn’t funny one of the teller try to intimidate me acting like if he was going to fight with me customers service is good for nothing

I normally don't like to go to banks on the east side of San Jose but didn't have a choice today since it was during my lunch break. I don't want to put the teller on the spot so I won't mention her name. But she was rude. She was speaking to me as if I was stupid and didn't let me finish what I was saying. I found it funny considering I am a college graduate so I let it go. The staff here need to train their tellers better. Horrible customer service and sorry to say but it's a very ghetto attitude and vibe I get from the type of people working here. Lack of professionalism. They don't know how to communicate properly and with respect as they are serving their customers. I would say be better at selecting the employees you hire.

This location is my favorite . Shout out to Lu , Albert and mostly the Manager she is doing a great job I dont know how else to express how greatful I am that they always make me feel so welcome at this location . I recently had a big issue w one of my checks and customer service sucks the bank on Aborn rd sucks . I called the story location spoke to Albert and he tried to go above and beyond to help me out w my issue.

the absolute best Chase location for customer service! Everyone is so friendly, they move through their lines quickly and are super thorough about making sure anything you need gets easily resolved. This is the only location I enjoy coming in to- thank you!!

This branch is observing social distancing and staff wears mask and requires customers to wear mask as well. Staff is helpful in making the line move fast. A staff always disinfects the ATM every after a customer uses it. Two doors were open and the exit was not marked visibly so it confuses people. Some goes in thru the exit and gets redirected by staff to go to the right line.

Homeless people outside aggressively asking for money at night. I’d keep it driving based on the area you’re in, you don’t want to get robbed.

Called to make an appointment to make a bank account for my kids. They answered the phone very nicely and respectfully. Helped out with everything I needed No attitude was given when I asked questions. I was able to get same day appointment with Albert R. When I came in he was very nice and helped me out super fast and I got to open the accounts fast. This is what customer service is about being helpful and actually liking your job and what you do. After I made a deposit and the ladies at the windows were very nice funny and helpful. This bank is awesome good vibe in there! Thank you guys keep it up!
