Horrible customer service.I waited 30 mins for some one to come and say "hello" and later then "sorry we will be closing soon"I wasted 30 mins doing nothing.. they could simply put a sign or say as soon as I walk in..The one on Capitol Expwy is much better in terms of customer service.I should have read previous reviews. Seems like most of them have similar experiences.

I should have read the review before coming to this Bank. Need to close out a CD but "we only have ONE banker doing that right now and she is not available. You may want to try different branch." What a joke.

Go to Chase two days in a row. They cannot do transaction (savings bond redemption) because computer system is down, and it is apparently at all Chase locations. Is this for real, 48 hours and system still not working properly? You think it would be fixed in a few hours. No idea when system will be up!

absolutely worst location, i'm literally standing right here calling them and i've called them four times since driving here and watching to see why they didn't answer, I thought to myself well maybe they're super busy or maybe their phone isn't working or something logical... nope, that isn't the case. they're literally watching the phone ring and avoiding it with literally two other people in here.

If there’s an option for 0 stars, i will choose such to rate them. I went to exchange my USD into foreign currency with them and they gave me huge stacks of bills (they’ve exchanged my money to lower currency bills). I mean, what were they thinking? It’s common sense that i wouldn’t be able to bring that many stacks of money internationally without being questioned. All of them won’t even fit in my small shoulder bag :( So unfortunately, we have to return the foreign money bills to be exchanged back to USD. It’s so frustrating, upsetting and such a hassle and waste of time!!! And mind you, they didn’t even apologize, which makes it even worse.

The bankers and tellers at this location always conduct business in a timely manner and usually do a good job in making sure that lines do not grow too long . Coming here, I always appreciate that the employees remind you that they will serve you as soon as another window opens up and that they make sure that all of your transaction needs are taken care of before you leave.

Opened a savings account with Chase awhile back with an initial cash deposit and transferred money from a Wells Fargo account into it. I heard this was a good place to open a mortgage so I started to save up here. They decided to close the account because I used my business PO box as my address. Fine if you dont want my business no problem just give me my money back. The check never came so I went into this branch last week to get some customer service. The little latin guy in the corner office helped me by calling customer service and told me I had to wait 10 business days which would've been yesterday before they could issue another check because apparently the first one went missing. So I went back today to talk directly to a banker as this is not a small amount and its causing alot of stress not knowing when I will get my refund. The same guy was there so I waited until he was done with another customer and approached him for help. He said he had an appointment coming in so wait for his manager. As I was waiting he asked what the issue was and I explained that the check never came. He looked at his watch and rudely said the mail hasnt come yet. I told him yeah it was supposed to arrive yesterday which is why Im here. In another rude tone he said well sir there is nothing we can do about it you need to call customer service. I was shocked because I was sure the sign above the door said Chase and the place was full of bankers. He was acting like I owe them money instead of the reverse. I was angry that he didn't want to help resolve this and sent me on my way to go make a phone call to see if maybe one day Chase will give me my money back. Rude banker, horrible customer service, and a terrible way of handling business.

Weird to say this, but it feels good to go to the Bank. Modern interiors, cool vibe, customer service is fast and friendly. And the ATMs inside are even more better looking. Tip: Use the Chase app for touchless ATM, no more bringing in your ATM card.

Before I came to this location, I had a not so friendly service at a different chase location on Blossom Hill... I came to Cottle location and CS Lilly was beyond helpful. She told me about adding my debit card onto my online banking app... being unemployed is stressful already and Lilly made it so easy. I appreciate people like her... thank you Lilly

This site has no tellers however if you call the 800 number supposedly they do. I will reach out to corporate for this issue.
