Quick review/PSA: New Chase branch that serves the newly-built retail center here. They only have 1 ATM (outside only) which is kind of a bummer, and furthermore, they might have a debit card skimmer installed on it. I noticed the ATM had a loose debit card holder (indicator of a skimmer), but I had already swiped my card so I did my business and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, upon checking my account a week later (yesterday), I noticed a fraudulent charge originating from the UK on my debit account. I filed a report, and had it reversed, and I get that this kind of low-level crime doesn't really reflect on Chase, but if you visit here and need to use the ATM, remember to only use the tap option, or simply just go to a different branch. If you HAVE used the ATM since 1/2/24 (when I got my card skimmed), be SURE to check your statements.

This branch looks new and feels comfy inside. It is a bit different than other branches because there are no tellers here but you can use the ATM machine. This branch is more like offering 1:1 customer to client manager mode. I hope they can provide a sign-in service so customers easily understand who comes in first and wait for the service if they don’t have appointments.

Calling in to get to a person it a pain. There aren't many options and the option available is to wait on the line as and noone picks up. Just silence as we wait.

I visited this branch yesterday and it was a different experience and I was apprehensive getting ready to leave until your representative Jenny came over to explain this new personnel way of banking she was awesome. Thank you Jenny all my questions and concerns were answered

Worst service, put chinese ladies to serve customer, not professional, non train in their jobs.Not even say Hi or greeting when I walk to the room.wow just wow.

I and my wife had a pleasant experienced here with the banker name is Vy Dang. She was very friendly and helpful to walk us though all the steps. Definitely recommend this place and the bankerJust make sure to book appointment before you come here.

Give this 5 stars for the banker name is Sally . I came to the bank for deposited the check, and would like to open another personal account as well. Sally did the deposit very quickly but then to open account need anothe Banker to do because she need to take care the transaction line. That day was only her. There was the banker sit inside have no customer but doesn't want to help me after looked at me for a while. I saw Sally tried to asked for help many rounds. And I cannot make appointments for other day. So Sally decides to open the account for me and take care of the transactions as the same time. Very helpful Banker. Also easy understanding with online banking professional advise me for banking product.

I had a really pleasant experience at this branch. Vy, the Private Client Banker, was amazing! She wasn't able to fit me in on the weekend when I dropped in, but made an appointment for the next Monday. She is really friendly, nice and helpful. I suggest making an appointment before you go for any services other than ATM transactions.

I would have given 1 star, but there was other help around. My husband and I went in to get help with a closed account and Sally was the first banker to help us. She did a partial job and then told us we needed an appointment to do the rest because it was "time consuming". The first part of the job took her about 4 minutes. When we were making an appointment to come back, the wonderful lady in the front said that she would help us with that task. It did take her some time to do it, which was fine, it was just very frustrating that Sally had the means and time to do it and she just did not want to. If you have any kind of job that requires more than five minutes of Sally's time, ask for help from the other staff who are great. I know they would not mind at all. Another note, if you are hard of hearing or English is your first language, you may want to go with someone else as well. Thank you to all the other staff for helping us out! We appreciate you!A loyal customer since 2002 (when you were WaMu)

It was a frustrated weekend since I forgot my PIN numbers to retrieve cash. Thank you to the young lady with the long hair who assisted me through the PIN resetting process She was extremely helpful and friendly.
