Lawrence is the mechanic at this shop. He is so honest and a great mechanic. many negative Stars are from the previous owner. I can't not trust any mechanic but him. Thank you Lawrence.

Windshield cleaning solution as well as the water in the car wash smells disgusting.The wash itself needs an upgrade, the soap, the wash and water doesn’t cover and clean entire car.

I went through the car wash and when it finished, I noticed there was a greasy substance down the side of my car. I thought that perhaps there was something wrong with the car wash so I went to the attendant and he pointed out that we had run over something that had flung grease all down the car and the car wash has smeared it around. He went and got some degreaser and a rag and got all the grease off of my car and then let me go through the car wash again free of charge. Really went above and beyond to help me even though it was not their fault and I really appreciated it. Thank you!

Tried to get air for my flat. The sign says I need to buy gas and a minimum 2 gallons. I didn't need gas since I had a full tank. Guess they just lost a customer..Cashiers words were " sorry I don't know who you are... you gotta buy gas..."

Don’t ever stop and use this gas station. As a woman I had a low tire and I needed air and he would not give me air for my tire unless I bought gas and I didn’t need gas or I paid a dollar to put air in my tire. That is not customer service. Charging for air!!!!

They refuse to allow people to use their air. They don't deserve anyone to spend their money here. Go to any other gas station!! 3.5 rating is very telling of how these greedy people operate. May they go out of business and a quality owner operator replace them.

I paid in cash in the mini-store for a carwash and then inputted the code at the machine at the entrance to the carwash. It showed a lower type of carwash than what I'd paid for, so I walked over to the mini-store to ask for help straightening that out. He walked over with me, inputted the code and said for my to go in. I asked to see the receipt that would show what type of carwash I was getting and he refused - and got mad at me. I asked him to step back since he wasn't wearing a mask and he turned and left. I went back to the store with him and pointed out it had a sign requiring masks. He got really mad and started yelling to get out, get out. I was able to start videoing at the end of his tirade. If this smalltime cheating is systematic, it could add up to a bit of $ for him, but even more concerning was his very angry response. I would NEVER go to this place!

Probably the cheapest wash in the area. I just needed a simple wash, so $8 express was good enough for me. Paid through the machine at the entrance, didn't need to deal with the owner.

The attendant working here most often is very nice and helpful, but the car wash breaks down or needs to be reset before or during my car wash almost every time. Might want to skip the car wash until they can make it more reliable.

The clerks are extremely disrespectful and they do not follow Covid 19 protocols inside. They also ask you to pay inside to change more.

Yikes, maybe it's the prime location or lack of Chevrons in the area but the pricing at this Chevron is WAY off. I've seen 91 PREMIUM at other Shells/Chevrons in San Jose for the same price as what they charge here for 87 regular. Maybe they know that the high school is across the street and that students would pump gas anywhere with their parents credit cards lol Also not sure how legal the $10 minimum purchase is for AIR. Anyways wish the employees were friendlier instead of them demanding a receipt as proof of purchase! Great convenient location though!
