“We are big fans of this WF branch. As a rule, the staff is cordial, very smart, and very insightful and results oriented. Once, we dropped into another WF branch - were taken aback by the lack of professionalism. Returned to this wonderful Branch and was treated with courtesy and efficiency. A true Class Act. If you appreciate both professionalism and courtesy - this is the bank for you.”

“My neighborhood Wells Fargo branch office at 3053 MERIDIAN AVESAN JOSE, CA, 95124 has provided me with consistently helpful and friendly service. The manager is efficient but also has good communication skills and good problem solving skills. The staff works well with her. They went out of their way to make a complex transaction work perfectly.”

“Regarding my home loan, I just want to give a shout out to Ting Chen! She was amazing and made our home buying process so easy to navigate. She was there to answer all questions no matter how late at night and gave us tips like remembering to take our DL when going for the final paperwork signing with the notary. This is our second home purchase with Golden1 home loans and it was easier than the last.”

“I've been coming here for years. I have always received wonderful service. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Very rarely do I have to wait for more than 5 minutes to be helped. The place was recently remodeled on the inside. Everything looks clean and upgraded compared to how it was before. The tellers are now behind a big glass window but can still be seen and heard very clearly. The remodel gave the place a fresh new look.”

“This is now my 2nd time coming into this branch and have been helped by Shruti both times. I have to say she makes banking sooo easy and enjoyable. No one likes going to the bank, but she is so pleasant and helpful that she makes it such a good experience. She seems like she genuinely cares about her customers and has such a positive attitude. I had called to ask if they had any $2 bills since they're so rare in general and she even held me $200 worth in the branch for me to come pick up. She remembered me from my 1st visit and was so nice to save them for me and exchange for new bills. Give this woman a raise because she deserves it!! I have had some bad teller experiences and she makes banking so much better. Bravo to Shruti!!”

“Today I recieved a call from someone who said he was a PG&E tech out in the field who was going to disconnect my services and transfered me over to another person, who said I had late payments and needed to pay 500.00 right away. I have never been late on my payment, but the person who claimed was PG&E said the computer must have a glitch, so I needed to pay and they would start an investigation to what happened. I told the teller (Yeimy Meza) my story and she said that's a scam. Please call PG&E and I went home and did just that. PG&E said it was a scam. I almost lost 500.00, but thanks to Yeimy Meza I didn't. Thanks so much for taking care of your customer!”
