Empty bank. Only a teller and a customer service rep and all empty tables and counters. Takes forever to wait for the rep to help. She did not acknowledge I will be next. No one else there is able to help me but her. Maybe I have superpowers that she does see me there

Horrible bank. They should be better trained. @Sunilgarg and @Janefraser the Citibank branches are horrible. No more do we have account managers we can reach out to for assistance. Customer service calls go to Philippines and we can't hear the rep at other end. Holding cashiers check for more than 24 hours. Unnecessarily. Service sucks. No branch manager on site to help. 10 Almaden San Jose, ca branch is the worst.

If I could I would give it 0 stars. We have a business account here and I would never do business here and never wish the kind of service I received here on my worse enemy. We are definitely on our way to closing the account. Please save yourself while you can and don't do business with Citibank in general. When you call the branch, nobody answers and then calls are forwarded to call centers. The connection is so bad that I can't even hear or understand what they are saying. Waste of time and energy. Once again, save yourself the misery. Learn from my experience.

Jenna helped me out and she was professional and quick. Under 8 minutes, I was able to change my password (since I've forgotten) and complete a banking transaction. I'm grateful for such a great customer service today since it's a rarity these days!

I have always had good experiences at this Citi Bank location. I would like to appreciate and thank Tammy for her excellent service and going above and beyond to help us out.P.S. There is a parking lot in the rear and the teller would validate your parking ticket, so you don't have to worry about finding parking on the street.

They would not give me two $50s for $100 in $20s because I don't have an account there even after checking with the manager! This is the reason people are moving to smaller community banks.

Careful dealing with Citi if you are an international expatIf you transfer money they force you with default settings to accept very unfavorable foreign exchange rates that will cost you thousandsAlways transfer in USD and have your receiving bank change it local currency as by default you get the interbank FX rates that are 3% betterJust do the math if you lose 3% for a wire

Don't know about this branch, but bank in general is completely garbage. I made a transfer 3 weeks ago from citi.com. They lost my 14k during the transfer and noone at Citi is going to help with this. Customer support just give random replies every day like "money are here, wait 1 day", "money was never here, we can't help", "call other bank", "call someone else", "send fax", "send mail", "call tomorrow". There is no secure messaging system like at chase or other banks, so whatever they say over phone you can not reference later, no way to keep history of what they say. I've already learned that there is a missmatch in ACH trace number between 2 banks, still noone at Citi listen or cares about that.

Excellent service. I rarely write review but these banker person is very patient and nice. I got a little problem when wire transfer $ to another bank . Manager Ly Dung and banker Tram Phan are very patient and corrected my document until complete. They also explained for me very detail. Last, they reminded me to valid my parking ticket. Plenty of parking lot in basement.Almost no waiting at all is the big plus for this branch.

I went there to deposit some checks since my branch is closing. Very friendly staff and helpful. Clean bank. Felt comfortable with all the virus protection in place.
