Bunch of idiots at this location, how hard is a simple wire transfer? Came in 30mins early, need a quick wire transfer should be easy enough. The banker calls me up I'm the first person on the list, he proceeds to help me for 5 minutes then says "sorry I actually have appointments" bro why did you call me up if you're not prepared to help me. He then tries to have me download the citi app which isn't working wtf.. it's literally been 3 minutes and this dude is cussin under his breath and hitting his keyboard out of frustration, the dude somehow messed up his login and now he's locked out of his account and can't help anyone. How tf you lock yourself out of your account first thing in the morning it's 10:10am they literally been open for 10mins. Definitely taking my money out of this bank, I run into problems every single time I come here. Will update this post when I find out his name (way too frustrated to stick around) very unprofessional this bank is ass on god

I'm having a very a very disappointed situation: the banker here was helping me to open an account but missing 1 information. No matter how many times I tried to just submit in the paperwork. For 6 months they said the paper is still missing. I called 4 times , I mailed the paper 2 times, I went into the bank to submit the paper twice. They're still needing that same paper and nail on my money.

My partner and I went to this Citi branch twice. We talked to a teller the first time, and a banker the second time. Their customer service was terrible. They both were condescending and judgmental towards us. After the second time, we decided to take our business somewhere else.

It's a complete waste of time coming to this branch. Bad customer service. It seems they are not training their new business crew how to help their customers. I came with my son to open a Child Account. The guy who's handling the new account make us come back twice and keep asking for new requirements ( which I think doesn't make sense) which he should have told as the first time we talk to him so we should not come back. It's a complete waste of time. At the end we are still not able to open an account. I should have open an online account but then I want to show my teenager son how to transact business at the bank which turn into a bad experience. I told him I'm an existing customer and have a custodial account for my son with Citibank already. But he didn't even bother to check or suggest or give options. He asked for the original copy of the social security card (photo Copy not allowed), if you don't have drivers license then you can show original passport and since passport doesn't have the address then you need to show a phone bill etc..under his name. I said WHAT??? Are you kidding me. He said I can't open an account for my 17year old son if we cannot show and validate his home address. Im not sure if this guy even know what he's doing. Can you at least suggest other option? I even brought his birth certificate showing the address is same as my address. Are they expecting all 17 years old To have drivers license or have bills under their name? Forget it, there are other banks that has better customer service and policy. I'm opening an account not borrowing money. We walked out from Citibank for the third time and went to Chase bank. within 15 minutes we are able to open a Child account with just a Social Security Card and my drivers license as the proof of address.

Do NOT go to the atm here because it took all my money and the cashiers up front just tell you to call a stupid line. That's time out of my hands because not one but TWO of your machines do not work ... one of them being atm ID: 130001680. It pisses me off more that the bankers and associates just sit there have no compassion and don't even help you with the process. Banker Fernando and kai if a pregnant woman is struggling at least have the courtesy to get off your butt and see the machine. Avoid

On 9/26/19, we received a v/m on our land line from an employee, who asked us to call her back. That evening, when I called back, the employee's message said if this was an emergency to call another number. We've never received a message from a Citibank employee before & this employee failed to indicate why she was calling. We became concerned that we were victims of fraud & checked the accounts & they were fine. The next day, I went to Citibank & requested to speak w/ the manager, b/c the employee who left me the v/m was off that day. The Branch Manager, Philip Adame didn't smile, & spoke to me from behind the teller's window, & failed to get close to the window, which made it difficult for me to be discreet w/ my concerns & the entire line of customers were able to hear me! I expressed that we were frightened, b/c the employee failed to inform us why she had called & he flippantly stated that she probably wanted to share a sales promotion. I asked, why didn't she say that? He retorted that it's for security reasons. (A sales promotion is a security reason!) This was clearly a feeble excuse! MR. ADAME NEVER APOLOGIZED TO ME. I asked him if this employee documented that she left us a message? He replied, "Yes," but when he searched, this employee failed to note anything. Mr. Adame, FINALLY left the tellers' area & guided me to an office. I called & put my husband on the speaker...MR. ADAME APOLOGIZED EXCLUSIVELY TO MY HUSBAND. I asked him to follow up w/ the employee & obtain the reason why she called & why didn't she document her call? Also, to check if the emergency number on the teller's v/m was authentic. Mr. Adame agreed to follow up w/ my husband at my request. Needless to say, Mr. Adame appeared bothered that he had to follow up and actually work. Such lack of professionalism and lack customer service is so pathetic!
