Worst bank ever! From long lines to get service to terrible customer service and mistreatment. Not to mention the lies and tricks they play to steal your money. Any other bank will be more trustworthy than this one. Do not make a mistake to bank with them.

Tried to open an account. Suggested I do it online. Sent me two debit cards, I only requested one. Talked to customer service the first time and had me talk to fraud prevention which told me I didn’t have any accounts with Citibank. Talked to customer service again and said my account was denied and my deposit would be returned in 30 to 60 days. This bank is a clown car of ineptitude. Please avoid them unless you like to be insulted and your money frozen possibly not returned. If they messed up this bad do I really expect them to return my money. Anyway, I’ll head to the bank with my lawyer next week. I hope the manager has a strong stomach.

Staff here are above and beyond! Special shout-out to Eric who took care of helping me open a new account and walked me through each step even when my phone decided to give me a hard time with docusign stuff because technology likes to do that sometimes. Jai and the female teller were super nice and helpful as well, I wish I'd remembered the girls name because her smile and friendly personality can light up the room.

Natasha is the best super friendly and efficient. She has helped me numerous times and is always pleasant to work with. I do not enjoy Citibank itself but I appreciate the customer service from Natasha.

This Bank is a total Joke would not recommend any one to have an account here , I had an account here and one day a went to take some money out and I had a young taller ask me what I was doing with the money I was taking out what kind of question is that is it any one's business what I do with my hard earned money and the bank manager as soon as I said that went right to the window and told me they like yo know what people do with there money like it's any one's business and six months later they told me I had to go and do business elsewhere gave me 30 days to close out my account I would definitely recommend people to go elsewhere to do there banking and they even closed credit card account which I never paid off late !!!

Update: I received a personal phone call from the branch manager, and the very nice gentleman informed me he'll be personally monitoring the outcome, and a week later my account was credited as per the promotional offer. Thank you.

Be aware of Citibank promotions. Received their promotion letter almost a year ago. As the offer letter indicates must open a checking account with deposit of $50k for 3 months to receive the promotional offer of $700, I took that promotion letter to Morgan Hill, CA branch to open and fund the account in October, 2020. At that time, I specifically told the banker that I wanted to deposit the money for the promotion cash offer. The banker in Morgan Hill branch helped me opened the account and deposit the $50k, and assured me that this would qualify me for the promotion. 6 months later, I went to the same branch to inquire about the promotion reward. I was told by the banker that I didn't qualify for the promotion because I hadn't opened a savings account in addition to the checking account. This was never part of the promotional offer, never mentioned by the depositing banker. I called the Citibank customer service. They did some investigation and sent me a letter saying that since the promotion letter was addressed to my husband, so I was not qualified. But I am the primary Citibank credit card holder which indicated in their letter to qualify for the promotion. The banker who helped me opened the account received my email saying that she would investigate herself, but no more reply from her for 2 months. I should not have been initially informed that the promotion would be valid, then later be informed of one reason for denial by a banker, only to be given yet another reason for denial by their Client Care department. When I took the promotion letter to their branch to fund the account, I was led to believe I fully qualified for the promotional offer. Instead, I am being notified that I had never qualified, over half a year later. Their banker was either trained poorly, or intentionally cheating their customers, and by all means this is the bank's mistake. Citibank obviously doesn't care about customer service or reputation.

Citi bank for all your banking needs. ATM banking because the bank is closed and you have to get your banking done. ATM not taking deposits at this time however moved to another ATM and I was able to successfully complete my transaction.
