Got very quick response after my complaint and poor review on Yelp. Representative provided detail quotes promptly. Also VP from company called to follow up. Will consider the quotes they provided with other companies too.

An update with an example of the clipping we experience. The new system is less efficient (produces less AC electricity per installed DC solar array size) than the 10 year old system on my roof at the same location.
