I came in at 8 o'clock PM with my friend who is a member of the gym expecting to get a day pass. The front desk worker told us that we could get one if we talked to Ann. Then Ann preceded to tell us that the gym was closed so we left believing that it was Presidents' Day hours. but to our surprise as we walked away we saw multiple people coming in, and checking in through the table. We also saw multiple people working out in the main weightlifting area, as well as members sitting down on their computers. I am very angry as I had to drive 30 minutes to try out this gym, and I was turned away for no valid reason.

Super dissatisfied with service. Recently joined this Gym. Upon entry we were greeted by the front desk, then Ann the manager turned us away as we were interested in a guest pass. she said the gym was closed. We waited a while to see more members entering the gym and enjoying there workout. Came to the conclusion Ann lied to us.

I have been a member here for 7+ years because of the amenities, equipment, customer service, group classes, and the camaraderie amongst the instructors and gym members. I have always recommended people to join because of the satifisfaction that I have received and the health investment has been worth it to me. I am sad to say that I do not feel the same anymore. Until the recent changes in 2024, it is hard to recommend anyone to join because this place is squeezing more money out of its current members. Without notice, the class schedule has turned into a yoga-centric gym with limited options for non-yogis unless you pay extra. There is less diversity in the free schedule for members of all fitness levels and age groups. Strength classes are now $45-55/ session. Other gyms such as Barry's or Orange Theory are less for a drop-in class without the monthly premium fees. It is crazy to pay a membership fee to enter the gym to pay another $45-55 to take a class. I understand that some may prefer paid small group training classes, but they have replaced the previous popular classes and times with $$$ paid classes. It has been tough to come back regularly and having to rebuild a new workout routine because of the schedule change. I've seen changes implemented throughout the years that made things fresh or exciting which were good. The recent changes, however, are moving in the direction of making more profit and taking away the benefits members had. There were amazing instructors who are great motivators and are no longer there. The motivation of coming in is slowly fading away as the sense of community is too. Clubsport management - if you are reading this, please stop making drastic frequent changes to the schedule. Members will commit to classes with a stable schedule and people will continuously show up as they form a routine and see results. It takes time. Please consider adding back the popular morning cardio/ strength classes such as HIIT, Power, Metabolic Meltdown, Fire and Simply Circuit to bring back the energy that this place used to have. There are many class members who affected by this change. Keep the committed members in mind before making changes and ask for feedback periodically for a pulse check.

This gym is the best bang for your buck. The quality of the facilities are amazing and the diversity of the classes, equipment, and fitness centers are amazing. The gym is very clean, very well maintained, and the women's locker room is very nice. They have a sauna, steam room, showers, and vanity stations. This coupled with the pool, weight training centers, fitness classes, and amount of equipment makes this truly the best gym I've been to. I occasionally have used their cafe, spa services, and hydro massage chairs. The holistic ness of this gym make it truly such a fun place to train at. My favorite part of this gym is definitely access to the hot yoga, barre, and Pilates classes. The trainers, coaches, and instructors are all amazing.

I swim 3x a week in the morning every week for 2 years and never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a lane. I don't understand the previous post from a swimmer complaining they could not get a lane in the morning. And the pool water is fine, perfect temperature.

Pathetic front desk service, gym equipment leaves room for improvement, pool seems dirty, always some construction going on in locker rooms, better options available..

Cancelled mine and my husband's membership at the end of August because we moved states and was charged, 3 months later, for almost $600. If you want a dishonest gym, this is the one

Have been going here for a short while now and sad to see how management is so unresponsive and does not care about giving the patrons a good experience. One of the main reasons I liked this club was the group classes that were included as part of the monthly rate (which is pretty high). However while they have a few , they are very crowded. For the popular classes (Zumba,strength/power, yoga, hot* etc, ) there is no space for proper movement. That's is because of the limited included classes they have. They added new classes but all of them are extra $45-$55 A CLASS. Classes that were free like HIiT , circuit, and FIRE are cancelled and replaced by paid classes. Seems like the focus is solely on milking patrons more rather than provide a good value for those already there. I was not aware of the over crowded classes till after I joined. I would have looked elsewhere if I had known

HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE! UNJUST!I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this gym, and I feel compelled to share it with others. I had booked a class and was genuinely excited to attend. However, due to a parking issue, I arrived just 2 minutes late. What happened next was beyond humiliating. The class instructor not only denied me entry but also took it upon themselves to publicly insult me in front of the entire class. It was a truly unprofessional and belittling experience. In an effort to address this issue, I reached out to the management via email to complain about the instructor's appalling behavior. Instead of addressing my concerns and attempting to resolve the situation, they shocked me by canceling my membership, accusing me of unacceptable behavior. It's beyond unjust.I am utterly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by this gym and its staff. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects even a basic level of respect and understanding. My membership cancellation was completely unwarranted, and the whole ordeal was a degrading experience. Beware!

The swimming instructor is very unprofessional, rude and rude, which is infuriating? I was in deep water and I couldn't stop. I was forced to stand up, causing my neck and waist to twist.

I think it needs to be stated that this gym is the only gym I've ever been able to consistently go to. It has the best view of the stars if you're able to muster the energy to go right when they open. Every time I go in, I see the same familiar people at the reception, and they all make an effort to actually learn your name! I think that played a major part in keeping me going. It is honestly a bit pricy, but you're paying for a premium experience and the chance to make some of the best friends of your life. The people I talk to in this gym have given me life advice, gym advice, and are some of the most amazing people I've ever met(even if I forget their names sometimes- sorry!) The gym itself is a step above. I originally came for swimming, which is really great. As I've moved to gym, there's the standard gym room, and the EDGE where you can Olympic powerlift, hit the bags, and do some other pretty intense workouts. The classes look fun, and they've been trying to nudge me into taking some yoga, but I haven't done it juuuuust yet. Hope I'm coming here for years to come!

I'm so irritated that they replaced all the Concept rowers with Matrix rowers. Do they not know that Concept rowers are better and there was nothing wrong with the previous Concept rowers. Maybe if the staff used the rowers they would know. This might make me cancel my membership.
