Worse banking experience of my life After being sick with COVID I wanted to fix my account and deposit to keep my account balance . They decided not to help me and wanted to put a hold on a check that I've cashed multiple times. Not only that I was told if they deposit the check I would go and remove the money from the other account . Having someone assume that I'd do something malicious was disrespectful and rude .

This bank at one time was one of the local bay area best. Today, not so much and it depends on the location and management. My parents banked here for 45 years. Now that they have aged and unable to pay their Bills due to being elderly . I walked into the local branch in evergreen and spoke with the manager to put my parents on the skip a payment program. I was transferred around many times and then was told to fill out a form and have my mother sign it, which I complwted. I dropped it off in person efficiently. I've been given the run around all year and they still haven't put them on the skip a payment program!? Its federal law and they do qualify for the forbearance. They are, joanne and michael, are trying to say it's because they missed a payment well yes I was trying to avoid that earlier in the year but due to their delays here we are... I did everything they asked me to do and timely. Still no answers directly, no direct # only 800 # which you get put on hold for hours, no email. Very unprofessional

A bit outdated but a nice small bank. They go out of their way to remember your name which is very nice. Albert at the front desk is very helpful and patient.

I've always had good customer service at Comerica bank. I enjoy working with them and recommend them.
