This has to be the worst bank on Planet Earth. The ATM at Almaden branch location is the worst. It literally never works and the days that you get lucky and it is working, its out of money. Go Figure, an ATM with no funds inside - have to love it. Went to the other location on Silver Creek only to find their ATMs are broken too. What is it with this bank? You can't even email them or get any support at all. Just avoid, avoid, avoid. Bank elsewhere!

Staff here is very friendly and Supportive, except the women of middle eastern ascent at the teller counter. She don't know how to be nice with people and she argues for everything. Jose and other staff are pretty nice.

Horrible...always new fees...make u wait days to clear a check when already have an account...and the check was under 600 bucks....this bank is horrible

Went there on a Saturday, they were unexpectedly closed. If you call voice mail it rings forever without an answering machine telling you they are closed or their operating hours. Called another beach same thing. If you call their corporate number on Saturday their "experiencing high call volume" yet they are closed and no one answers the phone.

3.5 STARS I needed to be at an appointment with the roommate's family. We showed up on Saturday, June 8th at 9:30am. I just needed to sign some paperwork, so I was in and out quickly. Glad they let me sign everything first as there was a huge stack of papers waiting to be inked. The person helping us out was sweet. She explained everything pretty well. I wasn't here the whole time, but I appreciated the fact she let me go through all my paperwork first. (I had an appointment I needed to make right after this.) The bank itself felt very barren. I guess that's to be expected so early in the morning? All the employees were friendly though. And at that time, they were doing a low interest incentive which was a nice perk. Not much to else to say except our appointment was quick and smooth. Well, at least my part that is.

i went to Ray Regala after speaking with 5 other brokers, and decided on him and Comerica Bank. Ray is caring, informative, and trustworthy. you will not regret going with him.

This is a great branch with friendly people that have their best interest in helping you out no matter what your day may be full of I would highly suggest to come on down here in opening an account weather for business or personal capital again thank you guys for such an awesome job! -Danny Daoud

i came in here for a cash advance once, even though my bank was in the same plaza, they processed the transaction and gave me my money. they didn't offer me a credit card and i was disappointed. im building a collection.

What a great professional neighborhood feeling bank. Everyone from the tellers to the management is extremely helpful, polite, friendly and goes above and beyond. I have been using this branch for 9 years and run all my personal and business via Comerica Almaden. Sarah, Joe, Joanna, Shokofe,Eileen, Iman, Natasha and all the staff have made me feel so at home and safe here. You want a solid branch that goes the extra mile, then come here. Thank You all!

I have been a Comerica customer for almost 17 years. Sadly I've to close the account as I have moved out of state and they don't have any branch in the state I moved to. I must say their service and product offerings have gone downhill recently. I tried to close my account and was told I could send in a letter and they would send me a cashier check to my address. I sent in a letter and received no response. I had to call in to ask about it and the assistant branch manager told me she was unable to verify my signature nor the mailing address on the letter. There is a 100 year old technology called telephone. Pick up the phone and call me up to clarify! I don't think you need a 'telephone degree' to work at Comerica. She then told me to go ahead and empty out the account by writing checks and deposit into my new bank. I did so and verified online that my balance was $0 on the account. I called again and she was with a customer. I left her a voice mail telling her the account has no balance and please close the account. A day went by and no call back to confirm account closure. I called again this morning and spoke to a teller. She told me the assistant branch manager was out of the bank and would return in one hour. I asked for someone else to help me. The teller told me she was able confirm account was closed after getting personal information from me over the phone. I guess it is too complicated for this branch to use the telephone to notify a former customer. Keep in mind I've been with them for such a long time and the reason for me to close the account was the lack of branch in my area. So.....no more Comerica for me.....ever.

This place sucks they make me wait 30 mins and wouldn't cash my tax return check cause they said it's not their check they can't cash it. Ppl here are d*** a** hell.

Sadly I had to give them a marginal rating. I have only cashed checks here from a past employer and they relentlessly up sell their services. One or twice is fine but once you establish a familiarity with a client and they have no interest, leave it be. Other than that, nice staff and fairly quick serivce.
