We had a good experience in the beginning when we first signed up 7 years ago. But in the last 2 years every records request or pickup has a mistake or they do not do it until we have asked a few times. There are a few dropped balls so you need to keep following up with them. In the end, the job works out but it is not easy.

I recieved outstanding customer service from Joanne O. I had 32 boxes of junk that needed shredding. I called on a Friday and a driver was out first thing Monday morning! It was very inexpensive too. A great value.

Corodata has belligerently telemarketed my company for nearly a decade now. The first ten times they called, I explained politely that we're under contract with another vendor and we can't hire them. Starting with the eleventh telemarketer I asked them politely to stop calling and take us off their list. I kept on telling their telemarketers this until one of them started screaming profanity at me. After that I started hanging up whenever they called. Thirty calls later... No exaggeration. Corodata telemarketed my company over fifty times and I told them "no" every time we spoke. I told them "never" thirty times. They won't stop. Since my last review, they called on 5/30/18, 6/27/18, 12/5/18, 5/3/19, 7/22/19, and yesterday (7/31/19.) If I called someplace and the mark said to stop calling, I would stop calling. If I called someplace ten times, said I was calling from Corodata, and the mark hung up on me each time, I might get the picture. Corodata doesn't. Corodata needs to fire everyone involved in their marketing. They need to hire a new team. They need to train them to be polite to everyone they call. They need to train them to stop calling people who ask them to stop calling.

I worked with Donna Martin and the four stars are not in regards to her service. She is amazing if I was going to judge this solely based off of her performance she would have 5 stars. However, there was a mix up of the processing request. Instead of doing an on site service as requested they did an off site. Donna Martin was a great help in smoothing over the mix up. Which is very much appreciated. Just because of the service she gave us I am willing to use them again. I have even recommend Donna to another business in our area. Corodata has a really great employee.

BEWARE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THEM. Spoke with someone named Peggy and she was completely sarcastic, rude and unhelpful. When it comes down to a time crunch you absolutely can not rely on Corodata. I have had customer service mishaps like this several times and overall just quite tired of it. The company should consider hiring people that don't hate their job because if more things like this happen I will be taking my business elsewhere. Make sure you have access to your records because at some point they make it completely unavailable.
