I purchased a blow dryer, but upon checking, the concentrator didn't fit. When I asked for a return or exchange, they informed me, 'Sorry, we don't accept returns on blow dryers.' It's disappointing that they won't rectify the issue or offer a solution. This is not acceptable customer service. I feel like I've wasted my money for nothing.

I have never been so insulted, humiliated and targeted in my life as I was today at the San Jose Blossom Hill Cosmo Professional store- The "manager" actually yelled at the cashier in front of other customers: she is NEVER yo be allowed to shop here! She targeted me because I told her my licence as a pro was from Mexico- she said very amgrily that those weren't real licenses and I couldn't shop there! I have never experrienced such racism in my life!

I just went to this location for the first time and won't be back. The staff is rude in addition to being kinda dim. There was no greeting when I entered nor when I left. In fact, they looked like I was bothering them by being there. The girl at the checkout stand didn't look to have even basic customer service skills - when I did a return, I had to pointedly ask her to staple the new and original receipts together, despite there being not one but TWO staplers within arm's reach. I mean, that's just lazy. I've never had an experience like this at a CosmoProf before...so disappointed...I should have read their reviews on Yelp before I stopped by!

Still only 5 ppl at a time even when informed that the county changed to 25% they still refused to let more ppl in making us wait close to 30 mons outside. Get with the damn program cosmoprof

People on duty on 1/13/21 at 4 :00 pm, were not friendly or helpful at all. When we confronted the cashier she was very rude and did not even try to apologize for her lousy customer service skills. Instead she rudely defended herself with selfish excuses. Get people with customer service skills who know what they are doing.

I came by around 4:45pm on 10/02/2020. I was looking for stuff for my husband. Asked the cashier/ register 2, i didnt have a chance to aak for her name but she wasn't helpful at all. I can tell she was the worst of all! I asked her twice but she didn't even look or showed where to get the product. Didn't even check if the product is still available or not. Simply answer me that " if u dont see it, it's not available". Meantime, i stopped by another location in Story, the product was not there, the lady went to the back to check it and brought me some. Lady, at least showing that you're working. Not just showing at work, get paid and do nothing! I hope this message can reach out to the manger so they can train their staff again! Thank you. I'll shop at story rd for now even though my home is close to yours!
